- It mostly comes down to those hand prints….The Toy Biz Berserker Uruks and Diamond Select standard soldier Uruks look dumb having the exact same hand prints on their bodies and armor, so I set out to change that. Some of the customs in this video are true “No Skill Customs” and some require a bit of skill. Either way, I think you’ll like the results.

I have helmets and banner from Staley Customs - it is amazing - I have Uglúk body with "scout" helmet (the one from Amon Hen at ending of the Fellowship of the Ring) and used the Lurtz Diamond Select sword and shield for it. And now being made the Crossbow Uruk-Hai by Toy-Biz with custom Uruk-Hai Captain helmet and I will use the sword from Diamond Select Uruk-Hai as he is using the pike :-)
Holy cow!!! Thanks for bringing Staley Customs to my attention! I literally just spent an hour and a half looking at all his customs!!!! Really inspiring! Kinda makes me want to drop all my Star Wars projects!

As far as I know, there is just the main uruk figure with alternate helmeted and in-helmeted heads. I know the Moria Orc had a third head that was never put into production, but I’m not sure about the Uruk. Either way, if they ever planned something additional they never proceeded with it.
@@noskillcustoms Hello, well I have ordered the "pikemen helmet" the one without face "horns" or how to name it as the figure from Diamon select have - but if you google it - some pictures come with this alternate helmet type.

love to show you what I have made luv your techniques I split the helms in half and cast them then join the cast ones tricky but works as most 2nd hand figures have lost helmets

I’ve been collecting uruk kai figures lately and I’ve been saying the same thing about the white hands also i wish that they mad the uruk kai chief
I get them not wanting to do 3 or 4 heads with each figure- ultimately that’s a waste of plastic because the figure itself can only have one at a time, but what about a “heads only” multipack! You’d get a few different facial expressions, the Uruk chief, maybe the Moria Orc head they advertised, but didn’t give us.
