You are after the holy grail :-); no capital investment and endless fees coming in. It is a feasible business if you have the right relationships that can't be circumvented by your customers/suppliers. The main challenge is that usually Chinese contact the Chinese/Portuguese Chamber of commerce first and they usually redirect. Once a product or service is in demand usually the middleman gets cut out. Furthermore, currently due to the restrictions in China you need a Chinese Counterpart you can trust. A huge challenge.

@@AskMeStartUp portugal isn't necessary but I have heard that it is easier to get PR in portugal unlike other European countries. I can do this business in any country as well where there are pharmaceuticals more in numbers.

I am not an expert on Portugiese migration law, but I could not find any indication in this direction. Furthermore I would doubt that it would make sense to found a Company in Portugal and then never be there. Guess that would be against their admission rules.. hope this helps
