Even funnier considering Jamal a master at da move he teaching 😂
All I did was search dribbling drills ONCE. Now my recommend is full of basketball tips.
I just watch tnc 🤣
You will be stronk
That is what I hate about the UA-cam algorithm. Pushes one thing at a time.

Facts draw the foul 🦾
Jamal Murray with friga voice
I was thinking the same thing bro
Sounds exactly like him
Great breakdown bro
This is actually really helpful
This Man Sounds Like Friga 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Fsee
I thought I was tripping
Great tip!!!!
This works in today’s NBA because the defender has to avoid the contact the offensive player is making.
Exactly!! I hate it. We need to go back to the hand check. Asap
Well this actually beats the defender's handcheck. In the handcheck era this would definitely work and would be a must because the defense was always trying to initiate contact first with the handcheck. The offensive player had to initiate contact first and be extra physical first. Whoever makes contact the earliest wins the battle. Watch old footage of John Stockton. There was actually a picture on another UA-cam video of Stockton making a slick physical swipe over Kevin Johnson's hand. Isiah thomas of the bad boy Pistons was a master at veering back to the defender and getting him on his hip to keep him out the play. This concept is not new, but it wasn't taught as much as today. Watch Avery Johnson too. He did this a lot. Iverson used to use lots of bumps and push offs to prevent defenders from cutting off his angles. Now this is not always available and elite speed with great hops can prevent them from being able to catch up if you can avoid making contact or avoid the defender's contact.
What you're saying in terms of today's NBA is definitely valid and makes this extra effective for the weakest of NBA players.
Tim Hardaway was great at getting guys on his hip after using the killer crossover. Back then you really had to work on your game and develop a move to get past people because the game was so physical. Guys could really beat you up. I don't think today's players are better, it's just easier because of the rules.
I actually hate today's NBA
Get that shoulder low 🙏 great vid
Reaally helpful thanks bro❤
This is a MUST! Excellent advice!
SGA does this move faithfully
What i do is fake the hook shot on the right and hit a short fade away. Sometimes gotta fave wheb your physical out matched.
Thanks definitely got to change my playbook😂 I’m 5”4
IM 5.9 Xd
Thank you for putting this video out .. this is a what I’ve been showing young hoopers they should do ..more kids need to understand there’s ways to beat the opponent with out thinking you have to have 100% athleticism.. basketball is mental .. Lukah isn’t super athletic .. Austin reaves is super athletic .. but they are smart about how they use their body..
Good video!
You can also do up and under on big guys. But you need the hops for it
I like the UMass Lowell Shirt 👍🏻
rio rancho! i was in that gym when it was new. nice gym
Same
Hey MA ballers!
Imagine Steph tried this trick on Wemby
This move is incredible
Punch dribble in and out hesi floater hesi cross jab if your playing someone talk make them shift their hips just spam their hips make em shift their hips
Plaque boy max does this great
U will need this for Wemby
Nice
Put em in jail is what I always do, it creates so many opportunities to either score or for your teammate getting a free shot because his defender had to step up.
Punish them
👌🏻 noice!
That’s gonna work 1v1- in a real game you’re probably not gonna have access to the middle of the lane like that. If you got the angle, take it and use touch to get the shot off.
What if my left hand isn't as dominant as my right????
Go Rams!!
can you demonstrate it as if you're in an actual play?
Yoo thats ABQ
Good move but a good finisher can score however they feel comfortable
seems unfair only one gets the bonky stick
Love they how they just straight up stole CSU’s logo
AYOOO PAUSE
yo wtf just scrolling and see my old high school 😹
FR 😂
Hey I went to school there!
Bro simulating someone 8ft
You see it pretty obvious in American football, but I’m pretty the average fan doesn’t realize how physical basketball is.
Except if they're more athletic than you, chances are you won't be able to muscle them around. This only works with NBA rules where defenders can't even look at you without being called for a foul. Try this in a pickup game and you'll be on your ass in about 2 seconds.
Hold the defenders hand as you make your way to the basket! 😂
So if the offensive player can hand checc, y can’t the defense?
Will that work when the help defender rotates over to defend the rim?
Wemby left the chat
wha bout help defense
I see Steph do this very often.
Ask luka
Sadly theres always a guy on your right as well ...
Common sense
✍️
the dude is clearly not a taller defender
If they're bigger they aren't gonna let you do that
it’s also about throwing off the defenders timing with different moves and fakes
Dont let then stop yoi then
Pull the chair move
If the offense pushes u back after u get the first step it’s a foul
Its funny how everyones all technical and black kids in the hood are already doing this shit for fun lol 🤣
Fr all this shit comes through experience
Yeah. Second nature.
Instructions unclear. I tried to hold my defenders hand
When you drive you use your non-used hand to protect the ball from steals, when I drive I use my speed to overwhelm my opponent and make contact first when im almost in the ring I bump the opponent then layup.
PAUSE
Why they hold hands tho
Unironically this is how i can tell if a guard is an actually good hooper or not. When you play pickup, youll see a lot of mfer that have a handle and a lot of mfers that can shoot, but only the really skilled ones know how to make high iq decisions to get through tough coverage. These the same guys that might not have a lot of highlight plays, but they will drop 30 on your head on exclusively pull up jumpers
Why are you holding hands, gay
😂😂😂
