I hv gone through the same scenario once before in my life...we had 4 plots at topcity islamabad and owner of topcity( kanwer moiz) was picked off by rangers and all offices of topcity were sealed...belive me...the plots prices went down to 80% in a single day with a kanal plot to only 40 lacs....people panicked and sold....Alhumdullillah we kept those plots....Now same plot is at least of 2 crore....so...plz...be patient....Thats part of investing in pakistan....hold your inventory...Allah will do good...
Hosle ka shukria. Stressed
In 2016 I just forgotten to pay one Instalment for 2 months because of Illness, first they Blocked the Villa of 1, 3 ( Worth in those days, then they Cancelled, I got may money back after struggling for 6 years, lost 25% from them and 6 Lach Bribery,

Then who owns the property. Why on open letter? Open letter has no legal authority. If MR and his sons are not the owners then it is even bigger issue that who owns it and why should people invest in such a questionable property.

@@IdreesGhazi786wrong, paying taxes is not a proof of ownership of a property. A legal document is which is registered by the government.

Have you seen the FBR Tax Challan?
I think not.
It is clearly written that such and such amount is to be paid on account of TRANSFER of the specified property at the rate prescribed by the Deputy Commissioner for that area (of that district). And FBR is obviously the "Govt of Pakistan", which collects the notified tax from the buyer as well as from the seller of a property located in any Society (means the Bahria Town in this example).
This "SOCIETY TRANSFER" process is legal and that's why the FBR is officially collecting the tax on it. The proof of it, is the decision of the honourable Supreme Court. Please read that first. And also read the orders of the Accountability Court and find out if you see any freezing orders of the property of BT, purchased by the residents.
You wrote the words "Open Letter", which shows that you never saw any document of a property transfer in BTK.
You, only, have seen the open letters being delivered for sale and purchase of car/bikes etc.
If you are interested, you can study the Societies Act, to understand the situation of the case.
