But there are a few secrets when you project faces on stage. and they are not obvious.

Gerne. Ich bin ja öfter mal da.
Hello, I have a question that is not related to this video but an older one you created. can I ask you here or do you have an email where you can be reached?
30 more seconds... the hype is real!
I'm in a car and that button looked too tempting. 😂
Ah, so the moon piece was recorded as part of a full stage projection that was pre-rendered, rather than played live by the performer during the show? Would you recommend different software setups so that you can project talent into the projection mix live? I guess with infinite budget you can have live feeds into a Touch Designer workflow or even QLab during the show. With a big touring show we would have to budget for camera / sound / light on the production network to be sure that the talent can perform offstage to interact with onstage...
Axel, the director, as well as I, have made the experience that delays of only a few frames already offset the experience so much that we rather had the conductor guide the orchestra on click, than to have some technical offset.
Hey phillip, how would you go for a projection with 2 projectors, each from one of the sides of the stage, so really angled. Super
Matte material to avoid brightness difference?
Hi! Thanks for watching. You mean the same image with two projectors ?
@@philipp7pc thank you,!, your content is the only place telling deep knowledge about projections! I mean 2 projectors doing half the screen each (no edge blend) but coming from 2 sides of the stage, so brightness differs. I got to match it prioritizing the middle, but as soon as you move, difference appears. I wonder if fully matte surface solves the angled projection brightness, spotlight etc.
Unfortunately the differences will never completely disappear as even diffuse reflection is just that, reflection. ( see also the vid on surfaces )
The wider the angle between the projectors the more obvious the effect.
