Oh yeah, I’ll never forget how good he was. I’m from St. Croix, U. S.V.I. and didn’t watch basketball growing up. When I was 21, I moved to St. Augustine, Fl in 1995. I loved the Magic. Orlando was 2 hours away from where I lived but I took notice of Miller and how his teams were always undermanned and boy I tell you, he carried those teams a whole lot. It’s almost as if he is a superhero. Actually I have seen him wear a Superman shirt, Lol.
Nick Anderson should had been watching Reggie Miller at the free throw line,he made them at the same spot Nick missed them in Finals,Reggie would be like heres how its done Nick.
That last three before the game ended was insane clutch. Fun fact the Pacers swept the Magic 3-0 in the first round the year before. But Shaq and Penny arrived that year.
That exactly isnt the case though. The Pacers only faced the bulls in the playoffs once during that timespan. Reggie should have gotten a ring for sure, however he just couldnt do it by himself. He needed that one other star player. The pacers never got that player until Jalen Rose, which is when they finally made it to the finals but lost to the lakers in 2000.
Reggie Miller was White Hot that day, everything he shot seemed to go in, and some of the shots were plain ridiculous, step through 3 point shots, u gotta be kidding me!..lol
Karl Malone, my man, one of the greatest NBA players and hardest workers I’ve seen. Not because of your play on the court but more so because of what I see off the court with your trucking business, hunting, fishing etc. oh, by the way, that fade-away you had was as deadly as Jordan’s fadeaway.
+George Couvson also remember that Reggie Miller never had a star player along side him. he's had good teams with good players, but never a Scottie Pippen to Jordan or Kobe Bryant/Penny Hardaway to Shaq.
Jalen rose got stalled out by Larry Brown, if Mullins never came and they threw in jalen and let him go he woulda been crucial vs the bulls. By the time they finally made the finals rik was on his last steps, them feet were done. Compounded by the fact Antonio Davis left coz he thought he deserved more. Ironic coz had he stayed he woulda got his chance. Again AD mighta made a difference vs the Lakers. The brawl retired Reggie. Right from his own mouth. That was the night he decided that would be his final season. The pacers had the best post defender in jermaine, the best perimeter defender in artest. And they could score. Reggie let em have the team to soon. No more movement / screens Just opposite side hangout for 3s like a SCRUB. I'm thankful for the brawl Dale came back mid season and Reggie got to ride off guns blazing No bullets left. Goddamn prince blocking the break away.......
Yes, but remember that was only one game. Can’t blame Nick Anderson for all the games. They got swept. Olujawon and company was just too much for a young team without a lot of experience.
did anyone notice 116-111(before the 3) was the same score the pacers lost in the 2000 finals against shaq and the lakers?
Forever a magic fan here but I forgot how good Miller was .. that was awesome

How did coaches not realize 3 was greater than 2 in 1995 lmao. Dude shoulda been shooting 10 3s a game with the shortened 3 pt line
Thanks for the upload. I like it a lot.
REGGIE INCREDIBLE, MY HERO
thanks for the highlights. 4:24 I definitely recognize this man!
2:30
Almost as deep as that 3 vs the Knicks
Or.nets
2:10 Shaq checking on Reggie 👌. Awesome.

Rose was good but never an all-star. Smits was the next-best player on the Pacers during Reggie's prime. Smits was solid, but not a world-beater.

never noticed that...must be a score that haunts Reggie

Reggie reminds me of Kobe in a way does what ever it takes to win the will just ran into the wrong opponents at the wrong time

I'm thankful for the brawl
Dale came back mid season and Reggie got to ride off guns blazing
No bullets left.
Goddamn prince blocking the break away.......
don't really like reggie too much, but i gotta say, he's especially exciting during the final seconds of the game.
must be a knicks fan
I love Reggie, such an amazing player and person.
2:50, hm, he really wanted a call there from almost no contact
5:30 who does he think he is? Larry Bird?
3:45
Drove and dunked on Nick Anderson leaving him salty at no help d rofl
Followed by a pump fake out his shoes for a 3 lol
6 times, to be exact.
If Pacers got past Magic vs Rockets and they fouled Miller no way he misses 4 FTs like Nick Anderson. Reggie would had went 4 for 4 or 3 of 4 FTs.
shyboyfso 4 of 4.....most def
