Jesse Leach is the man, even if i don't agree with everything he said he's such a down-to-earth guy, very relatable life story and an extremely talented and inspirational performer
Omg wow, ive never heard anybody mention Kilgore smudge ever! I loved them. I'm from mass and I use to listen to them a ton, being a local band. Them and sam black church! Sweet that he'd name drop them!
I did that door-to-door environmentalist shit too. The worst was that our pay was based on donations we collected, so we were encouraged to spend most of the time asking these random strangers for money.
I've been a pretty big fan of Killswitch for a long while and I absolutely love the Howard era for sure, but Howard wasn't the singer that got me into KSE originally. To this day, I still like KSE's first album over all of the Howard stuff, and again, I love the Howard stuff but the stuff that KSE'S 2nd run with Jesse is far better then Howards stuff too. I just think Jesse is the better singer. His vocal harmonies and his screams are outstanding. I love how he writes vocally and lyrically. I'm mentioning this cause it bums me out a bit that he seems to be so down on himself. He doesn't seem to think much of his talents and himself. Hopefully he'll find that confidence in his life. He's a cool dude for sure.
I find it very ironic that he wasn't allowed to listen to "the devil's music" but now plays shit heavier than all of those "devil music" playing bands.
Southern Comfort is one of the worst alchohols. I'm Southern, and I find nothing comforting about it 😂 Gotta say in general I have a lot in common with Jesse overall, except thankfully my parents are pretty cool with me listening to metal, and I've explained to them that I don't believe everything in metal that I listen to. You don't have to take everything to heart haha. Good stuff in general 👏
I noticed the “short eye contact” with the interviewees. Also the Christian upbringing characteristics... and the “young and dumb” moments. I have a pull from the universe. Dare you see into it???
I love this band.. Always have. Funny how a Christian upbringing bled into his song writing... I played number of the beast for a guitar teacher at Christian College once because when the saints go marching in bored me. The guy failed me.. lol. I love Jesus but I hate legalists
when i worked at mc donalds when i was 15 they had a tanker truck show up every sunday late night to suck up all the grill fat grease from the grease shack out back... guess what the tanker said on its side.... . . . "MAYBELINE"... i shit you not. (maybee she's pork with it...) that last line was a pun but I am NOT making this up. true facts son. tell ya guuurllll.
nicholas litrento Yeah, but for a southern boy raised by a strict Christian family, they are considerably harder to get to listen to. I definitely relate with Jessie on that one area, since I went through the same childhood. I also agree with him about marijuana, the plant itself. It should definitely be legal for recreational use. But, with limits. Just like alcohol. And it can be taxed, but the tobacco industry has corporate asses paying policy into keeping marijuana out of the tax system to keep their greedy asses in business. Because they know that they will lose business if it was just as legal as tobacco or alcohol.
Damn bro except for you being a awesome! Singer. I'm watching you. We are the same. The nervous ness and anxiety you show is very noticeable. The constant scratching. I'm like I'm that dude.
I was at KSE first show ever. They opened for Shadows Fall and In Flames
how was it?
FOR IN FLAMES??!! When and where?
Cant leave out Dark Tranquility
Are they still scentially the same band or they jus a whole another group now compared to then? 👀
Every Jesse leach interview I’ve seen he always looks like he’s confused on why he’s there😂
Love the guys personality but he is a nervous guy haha. Much love to him!
Jesse Leach is the man, even if i don't agree with everything he said he's such a down-to-earth guy, very relatable life story and an extremely talented and inspirational performer

Hurry up and resume his show in which he had Keith from ETID, and Roger Miret from the Agnostic Front!
Ironically the first song that made me cry was Fall from Grace by Times of Grace
Love that song! started listening to it recently, and im obsessed.
Omg wow, ive never heard anybody mention Kilgore smudge ever! I loved them. I'm from mass and I use to listen to them a ton, being a local band. Them and sam black church! Sweet that he'd name drop them!
Metamorphosis! Had to look it up. Great song by them. Check it out!
I actually know one of those guys that went to the Seemless show. He said it was pretty good
I did that door-to-door environmentalist shit too. The worst was that our pay was based on donations we collected, so we were encouraged to spend most of the time asking these random strangers for money.

"Don't touch me. don't look at me" needs to be your next tattoo, Jesse. P.S. Alien is so amazing.
Their song always was the first song to make me cry. The next was MTS-Save yourself

I find it very ironic that he wasn't allowed to listen to "the devil's music" but now plays shit heavier than all of those "devil music" playing bands.

I only started watching this because the dude's got a GBH shirt on
He looks like he goes to NA meetings and blows sick vape clouds.
