Awesome video thanks for the help. I have the same color c1500. I was wondering what is your paint color. Mine says it's light blue metallic or French light blue metallic. I'm trying to paint a fender and hood but. I'm not sure if that's the right color.
Good video ! I just want to know what did you use for a plug you said you disconnect the low pressure line you & put a plug in there so the fluid would go over to get onto the reservoir I just don’t understand what you used as a plug ? thank you
He's using a piece of the clear tubing and a zip tie. Cut a 2" piece of the clear tubing, fold one end over amd use a zip tie to keep it pinched off. Then just push the other end over the metal hose piece coming from the low side of the power steering reservoir
That was a great pointer flushing while engine off. Much cleaner to . Thank you
Just what I needed 👍🏽 thanks!!
Great vid, more people need to see this.

Funny once a year 😊
Outstanding!
Good explaining thank you
This whole process changes if there is a hydroboost involved. With a hydroboost you need to involve using the brake pedal and running the vehicle.
Once a year? 55 Years of driving. Never Ever flushed power steering fluid. Never Ever had any problem with power steering pump.
Awesome video 💯

How do you properly dispose of the old fluid that comes out of the system ?
Take any used automotive fluids to O'Reilly, Autozone or any other major parts store. They dispose of fluids for no charge
I dump it in the river behind the house.
