The paint bucket movement analogy really helps when it comes to understanding how to open up the shoulders to allow for a pain-free recovery. I picked up on this tip from one of the earlier videos in the series. The front of my right shoulder used to sting every time that I recovered that arm. Not anymore…
I’m so glad to hear that it’s improved your recovery. As I said in the video/past videos, I’ve had previous shoulder injuries that make certain movement’s uncomfortable.
