So happy to help! Follow along the series step by step and hopefully you'll be on your way to a very comfortable freestyle stroke! Let us know if you have any questions!
I know that this may seem elementary but can you do a video on cap and goggle placement? I seem to be getting water under both. Is there a particular brand that is better than others? I noticed that the coach wears the goggles under the cap.
I personally do prefer to wear my goggles underneath, however there’s no right answer! It’s a matter of preference/comfort. I have short hair, so there’s no worries about tugging or pulling. As for goggle position, I typically recommend wearing them near the cowlick (usually at the point where the top of the head meets the back of the head) to allow for the best fit and hold. Brand, however, is also all about preference and comfort! So don’t hesitate to explore different kinds, and we’ll try to put together a nice gear-oriented video soon!

We recommend using a snorkel to start out, so that you don't have to worry about breathing at all. But if you don't have one, we will give a brief introduction to side breathing in order to breath during the drill. Our breathing video you can see here: ua-cam.com/video/l2ZAJL8Ar7Q/v-deo.html Thanks for the comment!
@@perrychristenberry1913 since I’ve had issues with breathing during the freestyle, I’ve been practicing the breaststroke and I’ve been doing really well with that (I feel like I have). I’m just anxious to see the front crawl technique!
Talking in the pool is not a good way to convey information. What you need is under water video of you doing the right thing and a voice-over telling us what you are doing and what you are avoiding.
Explained in very detailed way. Thank u sir. I got really useful knowledge. Paramveer, India.
