Sadly child mortality rates were high back then, and pre-antibiotics, when many still lived on farms far from a hospital, most families lost a few to childhood illnesses and injuries. My mother was one of 7 who lived, after 2 died. My father is one of 3, and several died. Each child was welcomed as a very precious gift from God! I still know many Families today who gladly welcome as many children as God will send them!

I love this! My daughter went to school in Oahu, Hawaii and instead of making handicap kids feel self conscious, the school allowed our kids to assist them in their wheelchairs to show them how to treat everyone. It became so normal that our kids didn't look at their classmates as disabled people. It actually became a fight for them to have that privilege.

I was paralyzed on my left side 6 years ago in a car accident. I received Amniotic Stem Cells (3 sets which is 3 teaspoons) that were injected into my Spinal Nerves. I'm an Occupational Therapist and when I heard Charisma is interested in that as a career choice - it made me smile. As an OT I have always found work and love what I do. There are so many areas that OT's can work in. Personally I have always been interested in spinal cord injury and did some research during grad school about functional electrical stimulation (FES).

I decided to become a Registered Nurse to practice in CICU but testimonies like yours make me want to do Home Health & Rehabilitation Nursing for the earlier side of life individuals who have experienced a spinal cord injury to be the difference they need in care or just a friend to talk to on a daily basis. Please continue with your beautiful smiles, happy go lucky attitudes and contagious laughs. I believe that within our lifetime there will be tremendous advances in spinal cord injury studies, understandings and treatments.
I just found your channel and LOVE you guys; and wish you the best in everything. My dad is in a wheelchair and so I've been open to an inter-able relationship, although have never had one. I know it isn't easy but I love that you are showing people that the person is still who he/she is, there's just some extra planning or things to think about but it's still love and still give and take, and mutual attraction. Enjoy your journey with each other! And yes, those "mixed babies" (I am one! lol)

She really sounded like a third party person you didn’t know till the end. “We gonna have triplets some mixed babies 👶 they see their future and that’s great! She is so beautiful, sweet and supportive. She allows Cole to be the man and not like she’s just feeling sorry. She also blushed on that baby news and feel right in line. 2-3 would be great! I am a teacher (certified in both special education and general education) and am so glad to see that Cole has a very positive outlook. I am happy to see that he has an abundance of love and support. I'm an Occupational Therapist and when I heard Charisma is interested in that as a career choice - it made me smile. As an OT I have always found work and love what I do. There are so many areas that OT's can work in. Personally I have always been interested in spinal cord injury and did some research during grad school about functional electrical stimulation (FES).
