She is everything I strived to be when I was in high school a few years ago: kind, smart, well-read, cultured, devoted to her religion. She did a story time saying that she was accused of speaking to a guy who Saffiyah liked and that was one of the reasons they had an argument and they had another friend in their friend group who had made lies up. After the show had ended saffiyah wanted to become friends with Hadiqa but Hadiqa didn’t want to go through the same shit again so they didn’t make up again.

This one hits home. A friendship fight like this happened to me in high-school. A best friend started ganging up on me and calling me names/passing looks etc with other people in the hallways/classes etc. Eventually we ended up in the deans office and I said I didn't want to be friends and she broke down. I’m loving this program nice seeing how teachers dealing with their students.
When I was young my experience with one teacher was really bad. He was so negative and accusing me of something I never done. The head teacher knew me well and advocated for me. And God healed me from the hurt and all the wounds and negative words spoken over me.

The difference between the way the teachers at the Yorkshire school and the Essex school in previous videos is really noticeable. Dean, the deputy head, would talk down to students, I noticed, and would badger them, which I think was counter-productive and disrespectful of the kids. However, what I have noticed is a very different attitude that is far more supportive in Yorkshire. Well done!!
Hadiqa is absolutely and classically beautiful. Her profile is to die for. Her hair is lustrous. She is also extremely smart and sweet. What an amazing package! (I'm a grandmother and I think I am unbiased). The other girls - I think mainly the short one - were jealous, because they didn't like to see Safiyyah have a friend outside their circle. And I hope Hadiqa does become Prime Minister of England some day!

bringing up wealth and looks. Hadiqa is obviously a very pretty, clever, and well-mannered girl, It's just I'm confused why they assume that's why those girls bully Hadiqa.
There could have been other reasons why not just because they were jealous of Hadiqa's looks.
Can someone please explain this logic? Again I side with Hadiqa and those teachers are in the wrong but I would like to know the logic behind this.
I think they mean that where Hadiqa is pretty, clever and just lovely, they are jealous of what she has (I mean if your best friend was getting As and you were struggling to get a C you would struggle to not get jealous) and from the position of Saffiya's friends when someone like Hadiqa got into your friendship group and took your friend it's obvious they're going to get jealous of her.
