My Peaceful Morning Routine 5:30 AM | How I start a productive day

- Since I having a baby, I've been trying to make it a habit to get up early at 5:30 AM. And now it's been almost a year, I find this routine has helped me feel so good both mentally and physically to create positive energy to start a productive day! It changed my life a lot, made me feel having a longer day, more time to enjoy life.
Today I'm going to share with you guys my current/summer morning routine!

My body wakes up early for no reason, this gives me ideas of things to do before everyone wakes up.
I swear, this is the more playful, curious and overall adorable cat I've ever seen
Haaa, that is my cat ❤️🥰
And, if Cam doesn’t get fed first, nothing else will get done! 🐾
I don't know how I ended up here the video popped up so I watched. I love it I set my alarm for 7 but I want to try 5am. You have inspired me I also have a child too! And need to prepare.Thank you for sharing it's wonderful 🙌🏾 love from Europe.

Đến khi có con rồi mình mới hiểu lời nhắc nhở của bố mẹ khi mình đi lấy chồng: phải dậy sớm. Giờ bố mẹ chẳng cần nhắc nhở thì mình vẫn tự động dậy sớm làm này làm kia như 1 cách cân bằng cuộc sống vậy. Cảm ơn chiếc video của nhà Xíu💗

the way you live your life is really inspiring
It takes so much effort for me to get up that early when I don't have to 😞 But when I do, the morning is so relaxing, quite, and beautiful when I'm up before the sun is up. May I ask what time you go to sleep?
Thank you so much 🤗 I usually go to bed around 11-12 pm and about 30 minutes at noon
It takes me no effort to wake up early by sleeping less, but then later in the day my brain doesn't perform well and I do less on those days. Sleep is important, unless you just want to "be awake".

That is a beautiful sunrise🌅😍. I was always a night owl (I even worked overnights) & now that I have a 5 year old (soon to be 6 this Friday😁), I wake up at 6am, get her ready for school, feed all our pets & go to the gym. The day seems longer but I feel more productive😌. Thanks for sharing, looking forward to more relaxing videos😊🤍

Getting up so early in the morning is so hard for me. Im not a morning person, but when i saw your vlog the beauty of sunrise makes my heart awwwhhmnm❤. Plus your meditation,take care of your little cute baby, watering your house plant/balcony plants

Huu I used to be like you, until I had a baby, I always had to get up earlier to take care of her, I don't even know when I got used to getting up early. I think there must be some motivation to overcome 😤sometimes I still spend all day Saturday and Sunday sleeping until noon 😂 Thank you so much for being heree!
@@XiuHouse I never were a morning person. Then I had a baby, and I continuing being a non morning person at all, ha ha. Each person is different.
