@adumboone I'm not sure what it's called. I don't have anything fancy, just a couple of dremels. The bit I use for that is a round cutting. Stone about half the size of a normal size marble it works really well for that type of stuff
Is the baffle connected to the other aide of muffler? If so did you smooth that down?

I see. Just finished but can't seem to get all the dust out with brake cleaner. Using water and dawn is fine?
