I’m here after the faze hard reset. Banks needs to take a page out of Optics book. Never been an optic fan, always been a sniper so I liked teams like FaZe, Red Reserve, Soar, Obey, Myth, L7, era, and dare, but I’ve always respected optic. Like FaZe, it was about culture. I don’t think banks can do much with the way banks operates.

Faze case situation differs in people who were in Faze that didn't do anything for Faze. This whole thing comes to corporations side hiring and recruiting people who did nothing for faze.
@@mario3cperez I agree, but the snipers were FaZe for 2016-2024. That’s why I bring up guys like Kitty and dirty. Those weren’t the celeb or new age creator recruits. Those were the guys that stood what FaZe “was” which banks keeps talking about. I’m rooting for them but I don’t agree with how. Kitty just posted his best of faze vid today. I suggest giving it a watch. He’ll show you how much he grinded for this team when him and like 5 others were actually doing 2013 type shit when everyone left the scene. I understand times have changed but banks shouldn’t be acting like he didn’t cut some guys that weren’t actually what FaZe once stood for. Or spratt would still be the sniping team lead. If spratt couldn’t even post 3 montages in 6 months on the FaZe channel, what exactly makes me have much confidence?

OpTic is such a superior org. Been a fan of them since H3cZ dropped his first vid. Faze is too caught up in being flashy with money and style and don’t care about gaming anymore. Them and their fanboys are pretty annoying ngl so I just stick to the Green Wall. Gg
@@FubaR-FTW yeah after 2 weeks and finding out who the new recruits are, the faze I once loved is dead to me. I’m genuinely fucking embarrassed I cared this much. My nostalgia got the best of me. I hate this era of streamers and the crypto morons. I still fw jev but everyone else isn’t who they once were. Rain is still cool too. I’ll still look back on watching faze illcams as a 14 year old, and pretending in my head that those were my clips, and imagining my friends were impressed with “my” montage, the edits and music giving me goosebumps. But I just need to realize I’m getting older and all that shit is dead now. It’s not coming back. I know this sounds obvious and trust me, I know it is, and it’s not the first time I came to that conclusion. But this time around it’s so much more depressing.
