Idaho does not have a transfer on death deed. How do parents pass their home to their child(ren) after they pass? Can one designate a beneficiary on the title?
Great question! From the best of my knowledge if the home is not placed in a trust it will go through probate. In my experience this has not taken too long. However, if you would like additional information please contact me directly.
