I was born in Burley Idaho and lived in Rupert when I was little but I grew up in Nampa from 6th grade on up till I was about 22 years old but now I live in CoeurD'Alene, Idaho and I can tell When someone is from Southern Idaho or up North by your accents and I never really thought Idaho people had different accents but We do lol 😂 It's funny to me Because I've "no joking here" Looked at people and said Are you from Nampa and The look on there faces make me laugh because of course I've gotta explain myself LOL always like your accent made me miss Nampa

Genuinely curious why you think this is such a dramatic leap, 3-6% of the total sale value is the standard for anything well below a 5 million dollar house, those extra costs and fees really come down to repair credits and the state of the land its on, and location advantages etc etc which aren't really for a 5+ million dollar home, not to mention most of that stuff is nonsense to get a bigger cut as a realtor. So I assume you're a realtor or have stake in the real-estate industry and that standardization of a strict 4ish percent is really just taking from the middleman's cut? Because let's be honest, if you can afford a 5+ million dollar home I don't think your too too worried as it's an investment, that's banking on the housing market to give you a return so if it you buy it for 5.3 final price and sell it 3 years later for 7.3 then that 4ish percent is negligible. No one, I mean no one is buying a 5+ million in California as their forever home, it's an investment and you need to spend money to make money. All these nonsense minute details will bring another far worse 2008 housing crisis, mark my words. Lol
