Deltarune Queen´s Palace but it´s a stealth level (Concept)

- More than anything, this is a concept, I used an own gameplay and manually edit in all sounds I could found to piece together this end result.
This idea came together thanks to an edit of the original soundtrack, Pandora Palace with no main melody.
It took nearly 6 months to edit this due to school and my own negligence on this project, alas, it´s done and I couldn´t be happier with the result.
Is this the most efective way to represent this concept? No, it would´ve been simpler and more effective to change the code so the music alternates automatically between "safe" state and "perpetuated" state.
Anyway, that´s all I have to say of this develovment, I won´t bore with the dettails, but I´ll end this giving credit every source to make this project alive:

Interesting concept. Makes me wonder how an official track by Toby would sound like with adaptive music.
Well, there's NYEH HEH HEH vs Bonetrousle. So basically how that'd work is like Super Mario World, where the level music is NYEH HEH HEH, then when you hop on Papyoshi, Bonetrousle (basically NYEH HEH HEH but with drums & strings) comes in. The way the SNES sound chip's percussion channel activates while on Yoshi, then deactivates when you jump off/get knocked off.
....Papyrus, are you SURE we're doing it that way?

The only one I can think about would be Home, and Home music box. Switch the light on and off in the bedroom, switching between the two.

Cant believe they predicted a stealth mode was (sort of) coming. Watching this kinda makes me wish the idea wasn't scrapped for Chapter 3.

The theme sounds naked without the laugh
Think of it as a reward for coming out of the "safe zone", it adds a little tension and adrenaline when you are in the painting's range or in a battle.
But being also in the safe zone it's cool, you can have a moment to breath

Wait, you redid all the sounds MANUALLY? I applaud your effort, this is really cool.
It took some effort to find the actual sounds since a lot of then were actually sound with higher pitch.
Ex. Queen's screen bot up it's Undyne spear warning speed up, or the UFO's emerging it's weird spell in higher pitch

The bass does lend itself to the idea of a stealth level, although I feel like there needs to be some further changes in order for it to properly portray the idea of stealth

who would have thought that removing the melody of a song then adding it back in parts could make the song have a completely different feel
that is why capcom and platinum games has hella cool music
this is what you call "adaptive/dynamic sountrack" where the soundtrack changes depending on the situation (i.e. inside a fight or not)
if done right it sounds great and smooth

Manually editing the sounds is far more impressive than if you modded it. Earned a sub from me.
I think both are equally impressive. Since Deltarune doesn’t originally have adaptive music (at-least in my experience, i’ve never heard it). You would probably have to add in adaptive music from scratch somehow.
I’m not actually a game developer or a modder, so i’m not sure how hard it would be.

personally i would have done it the other way around, where the music almost becomes a little more concentrated and when you’re near the pantings and whatnot

Great concept, i think for it to work it needs longer segments of "danger" where the melody is playing and longer segments of stealth so it doesn't sound so back-and-forth
Gonna be honest this is making me think of a Deltarune X Persona 5 concept
Honestly, the structures of both games are weirdly similar. Both have you going into various alternate worlds parallel to our own, headed by a variety of tyrannical rulers, in order to end the existence of said alternate world.

Deltarune was born in 2011 from an dream and Undertale just let's see if I can make a game to test my skills one of Toby's first tweets was just a reference to deltarune in 2011 in the beginning before undertale deltarune was supposed to have a city of humans the ending is the first thing that exists and what i dreamed about but i think the ending will be nonsense because it is literally a fever dream caused by a terrible fever
