Just got a electribe sampler 2!
Thank you for the inspiration 🙏
Wondering if you could create a video on how you play with the sounds and arrange

Oh damn I should ask Korg to give me some percentage 😂 . I was thinking about it, but I am a bit lazy for that. My level of English isn't so high to explain fine all the process. Maybe in next future I might make a video making music from scratch. I think there are some nice tutorials in UA-cam which explain all parameters, it is a really easy and basic machine, don't be fear. Find out a korg Electribe group in Facebook, there you can make questions, great community.
I wish you good luck with your new journey with the Electribe

Thanks for sharing. I was looking for a demo of this synth without commentary or tutorial, to show what it can do, and you were really showing this!

Great demo! I have a few questions bc I'm looking for an affordable small sampler for live performance...
Is there any extra noise (hiss, static, etc.) when you directly output to an amplifier?
Can you easily store separate banks of samples on the 16 pads for live triggering?
If so, is that only by SD card storage? Or does the unit itself have some bank storage space too, and we can supplement that space with the SDs?
Thanks in advance! I'll make sure you get paid your commission if I do buy one 😂

Yes sure, I want my money comission 😅.
Korg electribe has only 26mb of sampling, it is enough for one shots sounds or small samples. Most of the small/cheap machines have same ridiculous storage capacities. It has his own store memory but it able only when you don't have the SD in it ( factory sounds ) SD card sample file has about 400 slots to save them. All of them can be used and trigger using the 16 pad, one per pad at the same time. But you can move through samples in the fly and triggering them, it is not the most expensive device so when you want to play in live and move through the menu and looking for new samples you can hear some small bug, but if you have everything ready it works smooth. It is not a sample bank machine which you can store tons of samples. It is very limited but with some tricks you can have a lot of sounds, voices and also loops. All samples are able to play chromatically in a polyphonic mode. Nowadays there are new / more expensive devices that can't do that. It has not time stretching like MPCs.
It has a small noise when you get all the volume up, but I have never needed to use like that. Other devices could help you in better way I guess, depending of your needs. I think Roland 404 has 1gigabites of storage, but no many options for synth or modify the sound, same for old MPC. MPC one can be another good solution.
