just because your spot touches your weight doesnt mean it doesnt count, they'll do that as a way to tell you to keep going, i've had spotters do it for me, yet i was really lifting the weight. Unless the spot has to literally lift the weight off your chest for you, it counts.

Try it after working up like he did and he does this for burn set. I worked up to a deadlift set of 2 with 445 before a drug tested meet. He was doing a photo shoot in our gym, Strouds he trains there. He did his warmup set of 10 with the same weight.

whats that song...bounce bounce bounce. 99% bench bress tenchique is ugly as hell on u tube..A strong bench in my opnion is not how much you can bounce off your chest, its how slowly you can keep the bar straight and push it up using your pectorial group.
