Hey Missy, is it normal to feel in a state of anxiety/panic while trying to manifest your SP? I am just so scared it won’t work and of being disappointed that I just break down. I think I might be too desperate... Thanks
Feelings of anxiety/panic are completely normal at times, yes. That said, it does sound like you're still coming from a place of desperation and fear, and that's not the state you want to be in to get what you want.

Thank you for these. I am wavering. I feel wrong for wanting to manifest something with my SP because I don't want to go against his will. We care about each other very much but we keep it platonic (thanks to me) because he is married and I just won't go there. I feel like if I manifested him as available to me, he would simply be in some sort of spell and not truly in live with me. I don't know how I feel about this technique. I'm certainly not judging anyone who does this. I may be totally wrong, who knows 🤷♀️. I just don't know what to do. I feel like he's my soulmate. But I feel like if that's the case, it will just happen anyway.
@@infinitecorridors4637 I understand the whole concept. But the idea of everyone being an extension of me sort of feels off. Like it puts me into a nihilistic state of "why the fuck does it matter then?". If it's just me playing with a part if myself then I don't see the fun in that at all.
My personal belief is that we are all from the same source but that we are also all individuals. The idea of everything being me doesn't give me a feeling of wholeness. It gives me a feeling of being shattered, scattered and terribly and truly alone. I hate it. I feel more at peace and at home thinking of myself as part of a whole but not as the whole. So I think this is why I will never get this practice. It's funny because my favorite NIN song is "Only".
"There is no you there is only me" and " I just made you up to hurt myself" are great lyrics. As much as I think that's a fantastic song, I don't want to actually live it.
