Have you checked out Yong An Dream? I didn't expect much but I am shocked I am still watching it. No awful acting and things keep happening so far. The first Jeremy Tsui drama where I actually find him attractive. lol
Bright green colour suits you very well!! I expect a lot from Hu xianxu as well. Thought he would be a huge star in future ever since from watching Qi Hun. He is for sure a very talented actor who has the right attitude towards acting at the same time, very rare thing to see nowadays. Agree with you that he is the best among peers. I actually think he is the best after Hu Ge.
One can be a good actor if he gives up himself and becomes the character himself rather than trying to infiltrate yourself into the character. I think the title "idol" has destroyed the acting skills in most of the young actors
I love actors that respect their profession and the characters they are trying to embody/play, but not being "full of themselves". Thats how it should be. Granted, there is also "awful people that are brilliant actors". But its probably rarer than you might think. Most of the time, that just makes them difficult to work with, and a hassle overall. Who wants that ? Might check this out after the dramas you recommended in the "rewatch"-video. That and the "Shogun" miniseries.

I‘m on ep13. i really like it… funniest when ZC is in LZD body 😄 (Spoiler theory) With the way they build up LZD having mental illness I can totally see how they‘ll explain it in the end. His alt personality is someone who idolized his dad and learned from his style, so LZD can probably drive cars rly good due to his father’s genes but it’s locked away because of childhood trauma. everyone who doesn’t know he is his dad will think he is copying ZC driving style
I started noticing Hu Xianxu from Nirvana in fire II. later on, i really enjoyed his performance in Old Boy. even though Old Boy is not a good show, but Hu Xianxu was so relaxed and lovely in it.
I'm on 13 ep rn n yes, while some problems exists, overall is a good drama. And, HU XIAN XUUU, really really happy on how he keeps growing as an actor. Also agree that he is TOTALLY different as real lin zhendong & 'lin zhendong' down to the aura he exudes. totally different, it startled me when i see it the first time. Really good performance 👏👏
I just watched this drama yesterday and the ml, i do know he has had quite the sypporting roles but he exceeded my expectations, i went into this drama without much hope since i came across it by chance while scrolling the youku app but like you said hu xian xu was amazing, for me he was the major highlight, i am able to love the two different him he showed, says a lot about his acting, i was contemplating if i liked the Zhang chi version he played or his lin character, its the first time i have separated an entity fr, anyways i lated chose a side, the lin side is just much more amazing, he did phenomenal till the end❤
Haven't seen Hu XianXu in something in a hot minute so I have been anticipating this. But haven't had time to check it out yet but I'm really looking forward to a quality drama.
I have watched 2 episodes of the drama. It's very good. But currently I am watching Marry my husband and watching two time-travel dramas simultaenously would mess up my mind. I will complete MMH and when I get over it, I will continue with Pegasus. Meanwhile, I hope that it doesn't crash near ending.

I only watched 6 episodes of this TV Series. I like it. I hope the script writers will keep me entertained.
