- Wasim Akram was hero of 1992 World Cup. It is one of his earliest interviews after World Cup 1992. I really enjoyed his shyness as a kid...I hope this will reach till Wasim Akram..and he will enjoy it.

That's not a 1993 interview because Wasim was not Captain of Pakistan in 1993 and in this interview he talks about being the captain of the side, further more he got married in 1995 so this interview must be of 95 or later. And Tariq Aziz sab asks question regarding Rameez Raja not being selected in the side, he retired in 97 so this interview must be between 1995 -1997. I personally think it would be 1995 because he got married that year so that's why the host asked him about getting married, and Tariq sab doesnt ask questions regarding the 1996 World Cup so I think it must be a 1995 Interview. If someone knows the exact year of the interview then do let us know and request the Admin to put the correct year in the title of the video.
You are right. This is right after his marriage I think I might have watched this interview live. That year in 95 Singer cup was played in October between Three teams Pakistan, west indies and Sri Lanka...final West indies vs Sri Lanka...winner Sri Lanka. The only problem is Wasim talking about Saeed Anwar a new boy who has already two 100s replacing Rameez Raja. But Saeed Anwar had already 3 back to back 100s during the year 93 so by that logic Saeed Anwar would have more 100s at the time of 95 tournament and Wasim won't call him a new boy (Nia ladka ) very strange situation...what do you say ?
Wasim Akram Interview when he used to play with heart and soul for PAKISTAN, Later on he was involved in match fixing and PAKISTAN lost big matches, tournamets, one or two world cups because of match fixing..

Some strange situation regarding this interview date. Because it was right after Wasim got married but Wasim got married in 95 not 93 so it should be held in 95 not 93.
