I think there's a mistake in the answer, in the first load(P), Pt should be 976.16lb not 966.19lb and also in the second load(F), the Ft should be 379.64 lb not 382.46lb.

Why was the angle for solving load F same as the angle theta 49.4? Can you pleas explain how they are the same?

Because they are the same in a Triangular block, it's just separated due to different load exist.
