Dear Sorastro, Absolutely amazing workmanship. I did smirk at your shortened version of 'What immortal hand or eye, Could frame thy fearful symmetry?' Best Wishes Johnny
This is the difference between you and me. I can paint models very well. You raise the bar and make it an art. I love the explanations you give for what often look at first like they might be odd colour choices, and they always work. Stunning Mark, stunning. Oh, and nice William Blake quote 😁
The disembodied hands and voice got me again. I can't be interrupted nor distracted when one of your videos is playing. Craftmanship and entertainment in one. Darn near mesmerizing.
Your painting is amazing as always! The video editing was spot-on! Perfect length and showed all the most important details 👍🏻 I don’t have any MCP figures, but I still learn a lot from each of your videos. Thanks for all the work you do!
Thank you mate! I think I took a similar approach with my White Lion actually, but I think I worked a bit more confidently with the textures on this one.. 😀
Hello Mr.Sorastro I was wondering if you could recommend paints that could replace the scale colour paints you use as it’s very difficult to get in Canada right now.
Another great video! It continues to amaze me, though, how often the topic of your videos is directly applicable to a project on my painting table. I'm this case, I'm just getting ready to paint a Wizkids D&D Crag Cat, a big, white feline monster. 😁
Hi! I mostly just use the airbrush for priming/zenithal highlights, but occasionally for colour too (see the wings for example..). I have a couple of Iwata airbrushes, but there should be details in the video description 🙂
I just want say you do the most comprehensive, high quality, informative and enjoyable to watch tutorials on this site. Just want to say thanks for the great content and have you considered painting something dwarf themed
That's very kind - thank you Zack! I've painted a few of the dwarves from Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-earth..sorastro.com/2020/12/08/balin-pdf-painting-guide/ 😀
Tyger Tyger. Awesome Blake reference amidst another masterpiece. One of a kind, you are sir.
That's very kind - thank you Maximus! 😊

Thank you so much my friend! 😁

The texture on the tigers face looks wonderful to paint
It was a lot of fun! 😀
The flag was a stroke of genius. Loved it!!
Thank you buddy! I just really wanted it to look more integrated somehow 😁
That was my favorite little touch.
fantastic tiger! so impresive!
Thank you very much! Prrrr 😁
That Tiger is one of the most beautifull things I have ever seen. Hope you are doing good!!
Thanks so much! 🤗
This channel is Astounding
That's very kind - thank you Simone! 😊
Fantastic
Thank you my friend 🤗
I feel tempted to apply the first steps of the tiger to a white lion from KDM. The fur looks amazing!!
Thank you mate! I think I took a similar approach with my White Lion actually, but I think I worked a bit more confidently with the textures on this one.. 😀
Absolutely stunning work my friend! Will take my ages :)
Thank you buddy! It took me quite some time to paint too..😁
Hello Mr.Sorastro I was wondering if you could recommend paints that could replace the scale colour paints you use as it’s very difficult to get in Canada right now.
Ah that's a shame. I haven't yet "converted" all of the SC line to Citadel yet, but I'll try and get to it..🙂
Great work!!
Thanks buddy! I'm really glad you liked it 😁
Amazing work. You know how to inspire 🙂
That's very kind - thank you! 😊

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate that 😊

Ha, excellent! I'm happy to hear that 😁
this is you best work yet and im only 19 minutes in
Thank you sir! 😀
Just amazing. Do you ever paint with oils? It can make blending, especially NMM a lot easier. Would love to see you work with oils.
Thank you buddy! I actually bought a nice oil set not long ago, so I'll definitely be giving them a try some time.. 😀
Also, do you use your airbrush only for prime and zenithal? What airbrush do you use?
Hi! I mostly just use the airbrush for priming/zenithal highlights, but occasionally for colour too (see the wings for example..). I have a couple of Iwata airbrushes, but there should be details in the video description 🙂
Any plans to paint Sabertooth?
Hi Victor! I might cover him with a PDF painting guide one day.. 🙂
That would be great! Thanks
when are we going to see a sentinel painting video
Hi Chris! I'm actually publishing my Sentinel video to Patreon tomorrow, then to the wider public a few days later. 🙂
"What immortal hand or eye could frame (the tiger's) fearful symmetry?" Yours, yours! 😃
Ha ha, thanks Tamsin 😁

@@Sorastro oh thanks that's one I missed, keep up the good work!
Love the result, like most of your models. But damn, seeing this makes me want to see you take on something like space marines.
Thank you kindly! I used to paint 40K when it first launched but I'm just not that into it these days. I never say "never" though.. :)
i swear this tiger is so smooth i can't even....
Why does this make me want to paint a dark elf on a manticore!?
Ha ha, thanks 😁
WTF 😱😱😱
