Hello! how many joysticks can you plug to USB ports and make them visible for games? only one or two? thanks.
As an Atari ST owner who got the pack with 20 odd games in the 1988 perhaps time frame and my mate had the ST since just after the mid 80's. i didn't know too much about the Amiga as after the Megadrive came out i moved onto that and every console after that. It's cool to see what games were on the Amiga. I did pick one up in the A1200 era for Toki and sly spy and a few others and the extra colours and great sound was nice.
I love the Amiga content thanks Gemma you are a goddess of game collectors.

When I was young(er) I enjoyed few CD32 games on my Amiga 1200 with Expansion Board, HDD, SCSI controller and CD Rom Drive. I still have my A1200 but I've stupidly sold everything else. The Amiga 500 mini is a wonderful space saving solution. Maybe it's time to buy one. Thank you for your videos, aslways very enjoyable and useful!
You are absolutely right!! The CD32 games compilation available online it's such a masterpiece! I enjoyed it a lot and it gave me the opportunity to play some Amiga games with cd soundtrack and fmv intros that I never saw! Absolutely amazing, like your videos!

Your videos inspired me to take my Amiga 500 out of it's box and have some fun with it during this summer, playing games I used to play and looked through those Amiga magazine cover disks. For example found from One Amiga magazine cover disk a game called "Base Jumpers" which I had forgotten, quite a fun one :)

A love the A500, I’ve still got my original A500, but this is just plugged into my TV ready to go and doesn’t take up any space. The fact you can pretty much download the whole Amiga game catalogue is just awesome, plus you’ve got other emulators you can put on it and even run Doom. For me get a joystick for it gives it a next level back in the day experience. So glad I bought it, they old down side I think is the actually games that came with it.

I actually only caught on to the similarities of the box to the cartoon classics box just before you said it there. It was the alien breed busting through the box that made me realise. I got that bundle when i was a kid and my cousin used to copy games plus i bought games, ended up with hundreds 😂. What a system, many many fond memories

I finally found my amiga games and I forgot I had some really good ones. The good ones are heimdall, renegade, swords of twilight, thunder blade, vindicators, after the war and a really rare one I have is called the final day
If the Amiga ACTUALLY had a port of Doom in 1994 it would have received tonnes of love.
Doom was the BFG 9000 that broke the camel's back for the Amiga, as it prompted Amiga gamers to move onto 486 PCs.
The CD32, Amiga 1200, even the Amiga 4000 had no Doom options back then, as it'd have needed a graphics accelerator. It's a shame that Commodore weren't able to see the significance at the time, and get an official hardware upgrade out, bundled with an official port.
Sega had to do a similar thing for Street Fighter II with the 6-button control pad, and they did it - it was very significant, as people were buying Super Nintendos for that particular killer app.
Well put together video. I think you might research what application software will work on the A500 mini such as Pagesetter, Wordsworth, DeLuxePaint and so on. Thanks for uploading.

Hi Gemma, since you are now the undisputed Amiga ambassador I am requesting your help to find or identify a game I used to absolutely love on my Amiga that was free with an Amiga magazine sometime in the early to mid ninety’s! It was a 3D game like doom and it was 2 player. You each played as a wizard and you could open different doors 🚪 which gave you a random weapons to use against your opponent. It was so fun and addictive and I have racked my brain for years trying to think of its name or track it down! If anyone can find it you can! Or does anyone else reading this remember it?

That’s a tough one. Depends if you have Space for an A1200. If so, I’d go with that
loving the machine. altho the left mouse click is noisy unless i press the right click first. and the gamepad is super latent. but maybe there's a fix? running a 75" 4K tv. just going donw to 50hz helped a bit. but not enough. tryng to find secure sources of games and app is also not easy. any community and discords would be a helpfull. asking all

Hi, how about doing a video on 10 Amiga pd games you should download. There are 1000s available but there are some gems.
Can I make a suggestion?. Why not make a video reviewing a game, some history, some 10 or 15 minutes of gameplay, likes and dislikes and grade it. Then see how the video does.

I know you use a little crt tv to play your ps2.
Was wondering, what size is it? And also what connection type do you use? Standard Composite, red, yellow, white leads, component, the red, blue, green, white ones, scart or s cable?
I just recently got a ps2 again, and was very excited for it! But I got one of those ps2 to hdmi convertors to play it on my hdtv and it doesn't look right.
Something just looks a bit off. It's as if the image is trying to be too sharp. Plus there is loading issues between screens.
Kind of dissappointed tell truth 😔. Not sure whether to send it back, or just deal with the issues so I can play my isle of man tt game for now.

How about just using your laptop to emulate and if you want a simple setup just buy amiga forever

As I said, it’s your channel so you can produce whatever you like and enjoy, but for now I think I have had enough so will be back once things are switched up a bit. Would love some Jaguar content 😀 it’s my ‘go to’ console right now. Sorry, didn’t mean to offend/be negative..I am a real fan of your channel, your collection is truly stunning and a huge testament to your dedication to this hobby 👍🏻

it was fine 25+ years ago ,infact before playstation 1 comes with cheap pirated games and chip in it so you can get back then for 1$ per CD games as metal gear solid,resident evil 1,2,3 ,abbe odysey .... and Amiga was way behind of that
