I just bough this camera today - very excited to use it when it arrives! Did you edit these photos at all? If so do you have any tips or general advice for this camera when it comes to editing? Thanks :)
Thank you for comment! Yes, I edit. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to avoid heavily edit. It's not RAW data or anything like that, so too much editing could ruin the colors and brightness. Basically what I'm editing is lowering the highlights, lowering the saturation of each color and changing each hue of color slightly :)
I just ran across this video while looking up cheap point-and-shoot cameras. Amazing photography skills! I am a film and photography student from the US, and this video was great! I have been thinking about getting a small point-and-shoot camera like this Pixpro. One thing I was curious about is whether the camera censor on yours is a CMOS or CCD censor? I know that both of these censors have different looks. I am not sure what type of censor I want yet lol.
Thank you!! I'm an amateur, but I'm happy to receive such your comments. It looks like 16.35 megapixel CMOS sensor, I found that on this camera's website. I'm not familiar with the technical parts of the camera, but I like the slightly old-fashioned look captured by this camera :)
@tatosfilm I completely agree. I think there is something very enjoyable and nostalgic about older point-and-shoot cameras like the Kodak Pixpro. I am definitely interested in picking up my own camera like that, and this video definitely helped me understand how the point-and-shoot photos look. I subscribed to your channel, and I will definitely be looking forward to future content! You definitely don't photograph like an amateur. You have great composition and ideas with your photos. Great content!
@@official_hambunger Thank you so much!! Yes. This camera has definitely become my favourite camera! This is lightweight and so I always go out with this camera. I'll keep trying to give you good videos. Feel free to comment anytime :)
Hello! I am new to this camera! May I ask if the blurred photos bother you? Seems the shutter speed is not fast (or even a bit slow) if the sunlight is not bright, think it’s because of the aperture is only 3.9? Thanks
Thanks comment! As you said, the spec is not that good, so I try not to move too much at the moment of releasing the shutter. I've gotten used to this camera, so I don't get fed up with it :)
Hi! I just wanted to ask if you got this camera in a physical store because I want to get it when I go to japan cause it might be cheaper. And where did you get it if you got it in a store.
Hi! I got mine on Mercari. It seem to be in short supply at electronics retailers. If you want to buy locally in Japan, I recommend looking for Yodobashi, Bic Camera, Nojima, or Yamada Denki. Or, if you look up "FZ55 入荷" on X, you will find that certain camera stores such as "2ndBASE by sanpoucamera" sometimes post information that the FZ55 is in stock, mixed in with bots :( Good luck! Enjoy Japan:)
Thank you for your comment! This song is "truth is", the artist called "SPA". I got this song from Epidemic Sound :) www.epidemicsound.com/track/dhDaLCrC2h/

@@tatolog222 thanks !! I have just trying to capture the lightning, and found that under manual mode, only 2 aperture setting (f3.9, f10.8) only?
