At practice usta make the all the wrestlers work on their mobility just like the smaller wrestlers. You gotta get em down, keep em down. Be confident on one knee, on ya butt, upside down. Sometimes you had to work from the bottom. Sometimes you gotta keep them on the bottom. Shut em down, out wrestle, make em earn every point. If you pin em in the process, good on ya. Go get it.
