This is amazing! I recently lost my home to hurricane Milton and it was just so overwhelming I had my first panic attack in years! Your voice is definitely one I am going to start turning to in order to calm me down! Thank you! 💖💖💖
Out of my six months of listening to audios to help me sleep every single night this one made me calm down significantly faster than anything else and put me to sleep crazy fast
I suffer from social anxiety and panic attacks and I have to deal with it my own bc I feel uncomfortable when my mom sees me like this. Sometimes my brother talks with me and I’m grateful but I feel guilty sometimes bc he’s younger than me and has to comfort me. But this video helps me a lot, thank you sm :(🖤🖤

I may not get get panic attacks but, I do get tremors from time to time
