Tremors can be a symptom of a panic attack. Not all panic attacks look the same and no two people will experience it in the same way. Please keep yourself safe and healthy.

I have personally used ASMR during anxious episodes before and found the breathing exercises, mindfullness and body relaxation really helped. I hope I can do the same for you. Imo I like this part much more than the first one, both were excellently performed, with great sound design, but in the first one the butler's actions were harmful to the point that it felt like there was incredibly malicious/ murderous intent (like in the first there's mention of him filling a bathtub with boiling water). That goes past sadism and into 1st degree territory. Which also overshadowed the yandere aspect for me. In this one I think it does a better job of capturing the sadism in a less scary way, that's more balanced with him being a yandere. Like yes, he does get a kick out of the listener being a bit scared, uncomfortable, or in pain, but he doesn't do it to a degree that would cause serious harm, only temporary discomfort. I think the shoes are a great example, pt2 butler used the uncomfortable shoes as a trick to have the listener wear the pair he liked, but it feels like pt1 butler would've made the listener wear the dangerously tall stilettos and let them get seriously hurt. This is just my personal opinion of course, it's just how the videos came off to me. Excellent work on both.
