What storyline would you like to see on the big screen for Transformers?
May I ask, where’a the Transformers Prime’s story timeline (excluding robots in disguise which followed it)
The transformers prime storyline is the one that is the most straight forward and makes the most sense for the big screen
Bumblebee isn't a reboot. That's a mistake
@@ahmadmohammed4212 yeah
@@novustalks7525 Bumblebee is a reboot, rotb next year will be the new Transformers 1
A Transformers story that revolves around 13 original Primes would be interesting!
@Paw Patrol x Transformers G1 is forever the OG, i wish they’d make a remastered version of that series with same storyline.
Maybe in like transformers prime, turn the books into movies/shows
At this point we have 13 different timelines so maybe just make each prime a different alternative prime. Multiversal 13 primes
That would be so cool to see the og 80s transformers cartoon remastered I would watch that all day long
I.. I can't believe it! A UA-cam channel that actually does it's research and doesn't just read a 10 second Google search. They also accurately point out that Bumblebee was a full 100% reboot and not just a prequel.
It could and was intended to serve as both but ultimately they went the reboot route. Right now though it doesn't seem like the TFWiki wants to make that distinction despite what's being shown or at least implied. But it definitely feels like they're rebooting.
@phoenixflambe3319 I seriously don't understand why people don't call it a reboot to the films. It repeatedly contradicts the previous films on purpose trying to scream at us "HEY!!! YEAH YOU!!! We know we fucked by letting the Bay control the films but we're going to make this right." No stupid ass subplot of Bumblebee fighting Nazis, no Sector 7 even though I did like the idea that they were covering up the existence of them for decades even if in the 5th film that was shown to be entirely pointless as well with the Witwickens actually doing 99% of the cover ups so fucking stupid. No dumbass Unicron is planet Earth. No Galvatron was made by humans not Unicron. No Galvatron gets an entirely new body between films and goes back to being Megatron. No baby Dinobots that get treated like pets. I mean out of ALL the stupid bullshit Bay came up with that might actually be the single most stupid. Transformers don't grow up.. THEY.. ARE... SENTIENT.. ROBOTS... they are born, yes, but they are born fully formed and functional! They aren't grown in a womb and given birth to like humans they don't have growth spurts they don't go to school and have crushes... They again Optimus Prime and Elita-1 have been shown to have an attraction no.. no too many questions there.. but yeah like one little throw away joke because let's be honest they were only there for that "Fetch me a beer" joke and literally nothing else. It was ridiculously stupid. So glad they got rid of him as the director. Sure he's a producer still but I'm glad he can't fill it with unbelievable amounts of stupid bullshit and poor taste humor.
@@phoenixflambe3319 as a bayformer fan, I can say that is definitely 100% a reboot. Idk why or how people keep thinking its a prequel to the 2007 TF movie
@@bobtheraccoon318 I heard it's because the director said so.
The things I am excited for the most in Rise of the Beasts are Wheeljack and Mirage, Scourge and Nightbird, the Maximals and Predacons, and mostly importantly, our first Unicron cameo.
According to creed 2 director interview, he said that Mirage will be the second and most important Autobot after Optimus.. Because Bumblebee got his own movie and the director feels that it's an injustice for other Autobots.. I'm happy that other Autobots shall have opportunity to shine better.
@@TraFClub we need that to happen next year I have afeeling wheeljakc and Iron hide will be in it and RC
I just would not know whats new because of all the drama on tv
this is prof of the pain look at tv weather then step outside direct opposite
we need 7 because it be a hit to my collection and if IRON Hide shows up again victory! for me
we need it because it was cancelled during the pandemic its only ben 2 years people are going crazy I mean they feel my stress I felt 3 years ago in 2019 just now
@@TraFClub So like G1 show but feature length per episode? I can dig it.
12:06
Correction: The thing of "Unicron being Earth" actually stems all the way back to transformers prime, in its season 1 finale optimus and the autobots realizes and the decepticons know the earth and prophet to destroy everything is in fact Unicron, but when Megatron worships unicron as an equal then gets rejected, Megatron opts to temporary ally with the Autobots to keep Unicron in status by journeying to the core.
17:26
Correction 2: 3 beast wars characters appear, the third is Rattrap but had to be renamed to Rattletrap due to him not being associated like or as a maximal and transforms to a vehicle than a rat. But only had a brief appearance in the 3rd season in 2009 and would have a prominent role had there been a 4th season.
Time-travel is ALWAYS a mistake, it just makes everything irrelevant because you can just keep going back/forward in time to try to fix things and it devolves into a confusing mess.
That why rick doesnt respect it
Here really is everything you need to know about the timeline
It's incredibly complicated, and it includes stuff that only happens in the Japanese portion of the Original series (which fun fact, does include Robots in Disguise 2001, don't ask), and of course the fact, that each portion of the franchise has their own origin story, mostly involving Primus and Unicron, like the G1 cartoon had the characters made by the Quintessons, and Animated, since the people behind it originally never liked the Primus mythos, has the characters created by The Allspark, akin to the 2007 movie (which in Japan, the series was marketed as a prequel to, the actual show itself was the exact same, just that Bulkhead was renamed as Ironhide, while the actual Ironhide was renamed as Armorhide)
One thing I never understood was why we never found out about Megatron and Orion Pax before the Cybertron war began in the G1 series. All we know is that there was a civil war happening on Cybertron and the Autobots had to escape to find another place to live and the Decepticons followed them leaving them to crash land into Earth. But in the comics and in TF Prime, we find out what really happened back before the Cybertron war began. And in the G1 series we never found out who created the Transformers. All we know is that the Quintison's created them. But in the comics and in TF Prime it explains that there was a God named Primus who created them. I know some of you will say to me it's just a cartoon and cartoons aren't meant to make sense
actually theres an episode that covers g1 primes origin. he was a warehouse worker (or something like that) named orion pax. decepticons were a new model of their species that could fly making them very useful for society, until the decepticons attack gravely injuring orion pax. seeing all this go down alpha trion, with some help from some time traveling aerialbots, rebuilt orion into the first autobot, optimus prime.
@@ThirteenPrimes oh yeah I forgot about that storyline
I've NEVER heard of so many Primes, Cons, and Trons in my entire life.
Great video. Thanks 😉
Considering how each Generation always retcons things from the last I think it's about time people give up on trying to establish one core timeline that covers every generation. Because honestly, even the live-action films don't have a super clear timeline at the moment.
Nothing is retconed
It’s not retconed it’s a new timeline
@@Peashooter908 This. All the shows have nothing to do with each other. Except G1, Beast Wars and Beast machines and the Aligned continuity.
Transformers prime was such a good show i cried at the end as a kid
i'm more excited about the upcoming "Transformers: Rise Of Beast" ❤️ given how "Bumblebee" was received and is a breath of fresh air❤️ free from the Bayverse explosions and shoddy direction's 😂
It meant to be release this year but they bump it up
@@nandinhocunha440 I know I hated that
@@Lakerfanforlife I think it's perfect that they are taking their time, just look at Michael Bay transformers. It's kinda rush
@@nandinhocunha440 Good point you’re right
creed 2 director said that Optimus will be main hero. And mirage will take place of bumbebee.. Because the director is very close to mirage.. And behind of scenes are also indicating too. Optimus and mirage are seen together many times on movie sets..
correction to the aligned continuity: it ended with rescue bots academy
Despite the 20 minute run time, this is only the tip of the iceberg. The various timelines get ridiculous. The G1 cartoon timeline has like 3-4 variants in itself. There’s the US timeline that encompasses G1 season 1-2, movie, season 3, and the rebirth. The Japan timeline that encompasses G1 season 1-3, Headmasters, Masterforce, Victory, Zone, beast wars, beast wars II, beast wars neo, and car robots. Then there’s a variant of that, that rather then having beast wars II and neo has Beast Machines instead. You’ll also have noticed that Japans timeline didn’t include the 1986 movie. They didn’t get the movie when it initially aired, and was retconned in sometime later (hense why characters who died in the movie appear in the Japan exclusive media) and don’t even get me started on the manga and comics, they probably add like 20+ timeline variants just by existing. AND THATS JUST G1. The Unicron Trilogy is equally a nightmare of a timeline. The aligned continuity luckily only has 1 split off variant due to Transformers Go. It’s just all ridiculous. But man do I love it.
Wow great video
the amount of nostalgia you just gave me
I am literally just loving this sooo much and the history of the transformers are very much interesting including too
I want a transformers movie with no humans for once. It would be cool to see how the war for cybertron started.
Wait for 2023 movie by creed 2 director..
@BumbleLee sorry bro, but bumblebee will not be highlighted this time.. Director said that bee got his own movie last time, so he will focus on other autobot this time..
Mirage will take bee position as Director's favorite autobot.. That's why in behind of scenes optimus & mirage seen together many times..
Same but I’d argue a lot of the heart of the transformers comes from the relationship of the humans and Cybertronians
I love it! Thanks for this one :)
Bayverse Transformers would have a great future if Michael Bay had given his series proper build up, instead of countless unnecessary explosions and missing plot links.
It shows a potential, what it can done... Bay just touched the surface of Transformers universe.. Transformers would have great future as cinematic universe, unfortunately Marvel lost those transformers Rights in 90s..
I love transformers! This was a great video
I had all the beast wars toys. Loved them. The show was awesome
Transformers Bay movies was great but please make the movie right!! Not too much no connection to previous movie then moving on to the next sequel. That is why I still prefer the G1 cartoon even though is cheesy to watch in 2022
I was so confused about the whole Beasts like oh this is gonna be bad but now seeing the trailer and doing some research I’m definitely ready for the movie. Transformers franchise is so different and interesting though.
16:20 to be honest, most transformers in revenge of the fallen were surprised to hear that transformers were there before. Hence jetfires story. So i don't think it was changed, that was just their perspective. Also not too far off that that's still true. The first 'autobot' is possible, but not first transformer
who remembers transformers Armada? Saturday mornings were epic, animation was so cold too🥶
I really want a movie about Orion PAX and Megatronus... Cuz it would be interesting to see the events before the war... Hasbro why aren't you doing this!?
I just realized how Mass Effect's sythesis ending was basically Beast Machine's ending
Die hard Transformer fan here. Most of this fluff means nothing. lol The crazies thing about Transformers is the fact the fans are mostly divided into whichever ever lore they grew up with. I think this ultimately hurts the brand. You don't really see this kind of division with other Franchises.
Yeah I agree definitely beast machines was the only one that had a true conclusion of their story in their own universe and the others are just non stop reboots or alternate universes that just no continue to the plot or climax of their story line
Do another with the Japanese"Beast Wars" continuity as well as Neo, Supergod Masterforce
This is somehow more confusing than the FNAF lore.
In ARG Movie Universe, Marvel Comics, Toys, BayFormer, and various franchises are fictional adaptations of some of their stories. ROTF, DOTM and TLK.
Michael Bay got the idea of making Unicron Earth is from Transformers Prime.
@BumbleLee yeah the cartoon "Transformers Prime"
The unicron trilogy is what I started with but I like it all
Soundwave waited patiently on Cybertron for 65 million years.
Shockwave*
@@dkkanofkash8798 That's a different transformer.
@@groovyengineer Wasn’t Soundwave on the Ark crashed together with the Autobots and other Decepticons? It was Shockwave that stayed behind on Cybertron.
@@dkkanofkash8798 yeah i get them confused. Sound wave was definitely on earth, he had the 3 tapes inside him. The bird, the dog, and the little dude with the ground pounders.
@@groovyengineer Shockwave is the purple one with the one yellow eye who is a mad scientist and speaks with an English accent, Soundwave is the communications officer who always sticks around Megatron and speaks in a very robotic voice. Soundwave's most commonly used cassette tape minions are Laserbeak, the bird, Ravage, the panther, not the dog, and Frenzy and Rumble, the two little dudes with the piston arms whose color pallets always get confused by many fans.
One mistake in this, regards to humans, they don't just get to transform into the heads of the transformers, they get to be guns or the engine blocks, of course there is the exco suits that appear in G1 starting off from the movie that transforms!
I loved transformers even the beast ones even more mad toys can't wait for the new movie
Ahh yes I remember now hearing about the giant metal gun weidling robots during WW2
Beast Wars Best Transformers!
I know the Last Knight was bad. But I was really excited for Unicron
I've only ever heard primus and Unicron were brothers. Eventually they started fighting, and primus threw his defeated brother into space. Over millions of years, dust and space debris fell into the orbit of Unicron and became earth.
Loremaster thank you new movie hype
I fucking knew cybertron was god! Brings the robo Jesus joke with Optimus a literal meaning
Is it me or does the narrator really rap through the storyline so fast. Doesn't ease you in and give you that nice tempo that feeds your imagination
u get it broo
Cant wait to see Thunder Cats in a movie
You forgot to mention that Transformers: Animated had a version of Rattrap named Rattletrap.
Ah the original Transformers cartoon is, so nostalgic.
I WANT TO SEE BLACKARACHNIA AND RATTRAP IN THIS NEW MOVIE… even if it’s just a Easter Egg or quick cameo.
The only transformers ending? I mean if Transformers Prime didn’t go out with a banger of an ending then I dont know what a good ending constitutes anymore
I hope the next Transformers movie is as good as bumblebee that movie was so good compared to the other ones
Can somebody explain who created the transformers? Primus Quintissons or the 13 primes
All of them - depends on the timeline
@@user-le8wr4yz6q I just watched this video so Primus and the quintissons both created the transformers?
It depends on the continuity you’re talking about, since there’s been multiple due to the constant rebooting of the franchise.
Depends on the continuity but it’s almost always primus
T6 dropping soon… Rise of the beasts 🥳
Primal is a related to Prime they spark are connected through the prime lineage. Therefore Prime is Primal ancestor
Turns out the ultimate ending of the transformers was that they are the sovereigns from Mass effect
In idw one of the 13 primes is shockwave.
So obvious.
Transformers: Cybertron
Produced and directed by Lucas and Spielberg.
Michael bey works the boom mic
Let me save someone 19 minutes...NOTHING!
@@ahmadmohammed4212 lol how? No one "Needs to know" Anything about the Transformers timeline, just watch the movies or don't!
Just go back and watch the OG CARTOON MOVIE
Ahh yes the green ending in mass effect
Beast Wars!!
All I need to know is Peter Cullen.
As I watched this I just got more confused. if you dont know, just say we dont know.
Wouldn’t bumblebee be the first audiobot to land and seen on earth after thousands of years.
Hey i know this is late but i hope they incorporate the 1986 movie into the sequel to rise of the beasts that would be the shit i really want a transformer centered movie not a human one
😍🥰😘
They literally say. “It was the year 2005”
Easy insert transformers into earth history rinse and repeat
COVID, the Unicron variant
The 1986 film takes place in 2005, not 2006.
Transformers is awesome
This doesn't even touch the japanese versions. Headmasters, Victory, Masterforce....
🤫
.... said no one ever 💯🤣
Bay ruined my childhood
So the bayshit has a timeline , interesting
Give us an animated feature film, Hasbro homies... Please.
Bayformers is an abomination, hook us up with something good 👍
Transformers: The Movie from 1986 is still to this day the best film from the entire franchise and most in depth character wise
Beast machines was really bad, I'd venture to say worst than Michael Bay's The Last Knight... well ok, maybe not as bad
Sorry, but it's G1 all the way for me.
Beast Wars?? Come on!!
As much as I enjoy g1 beast wars is a better show and cares more about its characters
#makebumblebeeaprime
You called transformers a multiverse multiple times but that's not true. They abandoned that concept years ago. Now it's all just continuities with no connection to eachother
Choose your side Autobot or Decepticon
I love transformers we need a movie where every auto bot comes back that would be my victory
IRON HIDE AND RACTHET NUMBER 4 RATCHET Died the worst way killed by humans but that dose prove my point here 3 years later now
that people began to realize it we are the cause and it took millions 3 years to finally realize that
I have met Optimus prime and bumble bee before in universal but it was back in 2019 it was a great act I got to shake primes hand
I met them at universal and shock primes hand infront of bee
Messy & Confusing Saga 🙃
Doodes people made Transformers :D
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah
Micheal Bay tried to ruin it is all you need to know
First
Dinosaurs, cheetahs, lions and a massive rat 😂
They better put my boy Rattrap
The nemesis prime was stupid on the last film
This guy's got a lot of good information but part of its incorrect when it comes down to the Bumblebee movie because bumblebee does not land on Earth in 1987 they don't actually show the direct year that he gets on Earth he's just found in 1987 because of the battle and being discovered by the military. Now as for the Decepticons that they show those are the two that showed up in 1987 and then you know progressed our internet our computer technology and everything else beyond what we were originally capable of
As long as we ignore the crappy s*itshow of Beast Wars/Machines and the dumpsterfire that was Age of Extinction and The Last Knight, the lore and history of the Transformers is pretty interesting. Ignore the crappy Beast Wars/machines and AOG/TLA I said above, as they add nothing and just angers fans.
@TheDragonDAFan 🤨😑beloved?! Beloved by who, Beast Wars and Beast Machines is one of the most hated series in the entire Transformers Canon. Yeah it got a revamp, but that's probably cause the original sucked so much they wanted to try and fix it. Or they just ran out of ideas for new shows.
It's gonna suck , mainly do to a new fan base that jumps on and off .
The first 3 we're simple & fun and in some way a little real . But these news one push a woke images and bad acting Turning into a b movie
i dont like the headmaster concept 🤢
Ok. But, who asked?
