'Sanātana Dharma’, or ‘eternal truth’ is the philosophical and practical basis of what is generally known as Hinduism. The Bhagavad gītā is a 700-verse Hindu scripture, which is part of the epic Mahabharata and a pivotal text in understanding Sanatana Dharma. Celebrated writer, poet and teacher of Vedanta, Partho's recent book, This Is Sanatan Dharma, is an attempt to explain some of the fundamental principles and practices of Sanātana Dharma. He takes Sri Aurobindo as his source of inspiration and guidance. Medical practitioner and writer Pariksith Singh’s work include The Veda Made Simple, Sri Aurobindo and Philosophy and Sri Aurobindo and the Literary Renaissance of India. Together they embark on a quest to explore these sacred traditions and texts and their continuing impact on our past, present, and future.
Pariksith Singh, MD, a medical professional, is an avid scholar in Indology and Sanskrit studies. His notable publications include The Veda Made Simple and Sri Aurobindo and the Literary Renaissance of India. Additionally, he explores intersections of linguistics and AI in Vedic studies. Singh, CEO of a prominent healthcare group in Florida, has authored healthcare books and poetry anthologies.
Partho is a poet, writer and teacher of Vedanta. He writes on Sanatan Dharma, Vedanta, Integral Yoga and education. His published books include Integral Education-Beyond Schooling, Somewhere Among the Stars (as Adi Varuni), and This is Sanatan Dharma-the Quest for Truth. He is a disciple of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
