The Ranveer Show is back with another episode with Rajarshi Nandy. In this episode, Rajarshi sir dwelled deep into the world of spirituality. Shri Rajarshi Nandy is a Sadhaka and an adherent of the Sanatan Dharma. Rajarshi sir is also a technical writer by profession, an upasaka, an author, a speaker, and a columnist with a keen interest in exploring spiritualism.

The same thing will happen to Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. What Albert Einstein is to physics, Sri Aurobindo is to Spirituality.
After having read most of his books from my childhood, I can say he is indeed a literary and philosophical genius. Even Shakespeare would pale infront of him. This I am saying after having fully memorised full Shakespeare's dramas in school just for fun. But What i feel is, Bhagwat Gita is the ultimate Book one should follow in his life and the ultimate role model for humanity is Sri Krishna and the most important thing a human should aim for is not God Realisation but Karma Yog and Humanity or Nyay or Dharma or Righteousness is the ultimate goal for every human..
This I am saying after doing lot lot research on people having practically seeing God and reading about their experiences. What ancient Sadhus said is wrong. Upto Sri Krishna, all was right. After that, in the name of Spirituality, people forgot Dharma, Life, Karma, Excellency in Work and took a more irresponsible and running away from life approach which is the exact opposite of what creates balance in this universe.
@@noedits5543 right. But would like to add one small thing. He is indeed a literary genius and a philosopher, but also he is not just that. Based on the things that have been revealed to me, he is the only living being to reach stages of spirituality that none have, and he went even beyond the great gods. He had remarkable level of spiritual powers but refused to show it to anyone as he said that it will distract seekers from the truth. He was the one who took on an Asura who was controlling Hitler. Only someone like Lord Krishna could have taken on Asuras, and he did it too. Philosophy was a by product of his character, not his only character is my understanding.
To know about Sri Aurobindo one should know about Siddhi Divas and Sanjeevani Mantra.

Anyone can claim anything, even being the only begotten son of God, how does an average person verify whether it's true or false? An enlightened person can verify if someone is enlightened or not, because it takes one to know one. Aurobindo said the most unenlightened things anyone can say everywhere in his writings. That's how we know.

Born in family of Sri Aurobindo followers. I must say, his books made no sense when I read it first, and he was no more than a statue of Krishna, just bow down and walk out of home.
When I picked Sri aurobindo’s book in my teenage years first time, it brought Havoc to my consciousness. Even though I didn’t understand anything, just reading things he wrote is enough to fire up your consciousness in a way it never sleeps again.
His writings are packed with the energy really heavy and subtle. You can’t understand him but you can definitely experience him .
Sri Aurobindo’s yoga starts where all the other yogas end.
You need to bring Dr. Alok Pandey and Sraddhalu Ranade from the Pondicherry Ashram on this podcast.
Bringing Sri Aurobindo to the masses will awaken and uplift the society.
The most fascinating book is Savitri which takes the reader beyond mind and intellect in realms which are at once captivating , mysterious , bizarre , and what not ! The Life Divine is the most wonderful book . If you have read six darshanas , some books on tantra , some commentaries on the Geeta and Upanishads and still you have some questions then Life Divine is the book for you . The experience you just shared resonates with me as well. In 2021, instead of going to the movies, I bought 'The Life Divine' by Sri Aurobindo with the same amount of money. The book sat idle on my bookshelf for about two years until I recently started reading it again, after exploring numerous other spiritual books during that time. Initially, comprehending it was tough, but as I delved deeper, I became fascinated by Sri Aurobindo's intelligence and his way of thinking. His book has had a significant impact on me, and I've fallen in love with it.
Good to read about your love for Sri Aurobindo.
He has read some of Sri Aurobindo’s works and he appreciates Sri Aurobindo but as he has himself admitted , he is not a follower of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother . Mr Rajarshi Nandy is an expert practitioner and a scholar in Tantra and the traditional Shaktism connected with one of the most powerful Shaktipeeths. Hence his views on animal sacrifice and rituals are totally different from Sri Aurobindo’s teachings .
For knowing more about Sri Aurobindo’s teachings you can invite someone like Mr Sraddhalu Ranade or Doctor Alok Pandey or Mrs Anahita Sanjana

You don't need to follower of anyone but of the divine, whether it's Brahman, Shiva, kali Or Vishnu, gapnpati. It's always wise to be follower of a Devta , a Divine being than being follower of a Human, no matter how great that human is. Aurobindo himself has warned people against the being blind devotee of pandits and also that of shastras. Basically he emphasized seeing divine inside one self. And you people worshipping him like a God. He actually hated this guru worship thing.
@@themahakaal6682 What is meant by being a follower is one who follows the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and one who is either on the path of the Integral Yoga or at least is attempting to walk on the path . And if you have problem with people worshipping Sri Aurobindo then that’s your own problem, this happens when you have division in your consciousness and look at things only in binary terms . And there is no compulsion for anyone to Worship the Master . I do it out of my own choice . And I wonder if you are also opposed to people worshiping Sri Krishna and Sri Rama. Because Physically they were also humans but yes they were also Avataars of the Divine , i.e. the emanations of the Divine which descended and took an earthly form for a particular purpose of upholding Dharma and to assist in the evolution of humanity . But ultimately their external physical forms did merge in the Five Elements . Sri Aurobindo and the Mother are also Avataars of the Divine , in fact they are much more than being just Avataars or Vibhutis , they embodied the Supreme Divine Supramental Consciousness on the earth and they are a Direct Action of the Supreme .
And all the best to you if you want to follow a Devta , who is a form , an aspect of the Divine . But remember, if you can’t see the formless Infinite Divine behind the form and behind all forms , if you are stuck with a particular form of Divine or even a group of forms then your personal spiritual evolution will be stalled . And you have the choice of coming out of it .

I am inspired to read Sri Aurobindo's books again.
Few years back, my initial experience was exactly the same in both Bangla and English : total frustration and confusion on what he was trying to convey. 😅 I discarded the books very quickly and never touched again.
I had a similar experience where I couldn't understand at first but prayed for his grace to touch me snd voila. The same works started having a profound inner shift which is totally unexplainable. I can totally vouch for the fact that you attempting to read is by his call and he has called you again. Nothing has gone waste. ❤ 😊

Hi Ranbeer, I am a Wallstreet banker and live in New York. Myself and my wife are great fans of your show. I have been practicing Integral yoga of SriAurobindo for the last 30 years. It is unique because it not only integrates Tantra and Vedanta it also helps transformation of physical, vital and mental nature and helps the psychic evolution. Kundalini in this yoga moves from Sahasrar to Muladhar whichich is reverse and it gets activated by Divine Mother. I think you should have a session on Integral Yoga of SriAurobindo. My father brought me a little flat book named Shri Aurobindo's untold horror stories in bengali. I read that book . Only 4 little stories were there. One of them i can recall named was ," Abelard's Door". I didnt understood a single story . And sadly i lost that book too. One of the rarest gem i lost.

So God is the works ,God had become the world he says in the Synthesis of Yoga.His Yoga is meant for transfirmation of human nature into divine cobsciousness and achieve Life Divine on earth by transcending one 'e ego and getting rid of all undivine energies in man.Thereby conquering over death.Just a bit I explained yoy about his Yoga, when you study his works you will gradually understand and realise his theory.

Shri Ramana Maharshi questioned Aurobindo’s teachings and for sure he was not enlightened. I believe in Yogananda, Ram Krishna Paramhansa and Vivekananda. I am not saying he was not a spiritual person but compared to others who influences you, whose teachings work for you is just different with different people. Thats all I am saying. I know followers would not agree but who cares.

This man is not ignorant...he respects sri aurobindo...but the whole podcast was based on other topics like protection from spirits and maa kamakhya ..the sri aurobindo section was just a part of it and as rajarshi nandy sir said he is trying to summarise everything he knows and hence it may sound like it's not complete

To call Rajarshi an ignorant person says you dwell in ignorance. It is like saying I am spiritual person and do not believe in deity and traditional worshipping. Anyone who says or thinks is ignorant and not even well versed in his/her way of spiritual practice. He has given podcasts on Tantra area and he is an admirer of Aurobindo.
Swami Vivekananda did not appear before Sri Aurobindo. Aurobindo did not have any vision of Vivekananda. To be technically correct.
He heard the voice of Vivekananda continuously for a fortnight explaining certain specific things about yoga.
