The 7 year old need to be checked for sexual abuse. Her not wanting to talk to the therapist because she wants to protect a secret. Not being able to sleep because her subconscious is working overtime. Being afraid parents is coming back. These are all sign of sexual assault.

Give the kids fruit every morning like apples,bananas, oranges,prunes,figs those will help move it along..
Go see about going to a class about parenting and take notes while you are there so you know what you are doing..
