Returning to guitar at almost 47. I used to only play rhythm because we always had a lead player. Now I'm wanting to learn lead guitar. Love your videos.
I love your content. I feel like I am playing guitar along with a friend. I love your approach and conversational style. You are so inspiring. Thank you.
Klasse Tips! Meinen Schülern sag ich auch oft wie wichtig es ist, die Akkorde während des Spielens laut dazuzusprechen. Label it, hilft ungemein. Danke für das Video! 🎸🎵🎶🎵🎶
I'm not afraid of improvisation I'm afraid of navigating weird arpeggios in sharp and flat keys along with the 7 note modes that will go on that chord in that key center. Like if I am in G minor and the chord in the Harmony suddenly goes to C# major 7#5 then it's very overwhelming to navigate that arpeggio and then making lines off borrowing chord tones from G minor.
i completely understand that, and i am working on a video about navigating non diatonical chord progressions one thing that really helped me are ARPEGGIOs … i know it’s so much work but they are the backbone of every scale right? and if you „see“ the arpeggio you can see the notes around the arpeggios notes sort of (that belong to the scale)
