This is a rather infamous PSA recorded by Doctor Who star Jon Pertwee (the 3rd Doctor) in the mid-1970s. It attempts to teach kids how to cross the street safely using the mnemonic SPLINK but it failed spectacularly because it was too complicated and, well.... kind of dumb. I've restored it a bit by cleaning up the film dirt and grading the color.
