Hello friend, I bought a camera and I downloaded the v380 pro app for the first 2 days I had options such as: Preset Postiion Motion track, but later those options were lost on the app and I don't have them, I did a lot of things but I don't have those options
I also want to mention that my camera was turning fast when I lost those options, the camera is moving very slowly, it won't turn before, if you can help me, I would be grateful
Installed it myself without any issues. The wifi signal is great even ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxE_D_sddGAdiVUKp7PkkmyxO7bRtgqmk5 when the router is located far away. I really enjoy the night vision feature that allows me to see clearly any activity near our house (mostly cars and wild animals). The motion detection is helpful to me as well to monitor what happens on our front.
How did you walla mount thr cctv? There a screw and toss from the box but i dont know how to install it on the wall. Can you help me sir?
please tel me more about the PTZ speed setting. horizontal direction and vertical direction. My camera pan and zoom but did't tilt.
Halo, im using v380 pro. my app doesn't send notifications to my phone when it track movement, can i know y ? Isit something tat i missed setting? Tq for info.
i m from Bangladesh. i m buy one v380. i m use the camara offline and without resigistration, when i was on it frist time that time the camara was recoding properly whole day and night, but after two days, its stop recoding sometime its on for some min and start recording but after than its stop and do not recording in sd card. please say me what i should do??

The app auto saves video in the sd card when there is movement in the room . And then you can view the recording through the app

Your cameras would have to be connected to a solid hotspot/wifi in the location where you put them..... download the app and watch thru the app!

On v380 how do you only activate for human detection and not for tree branches moving

I used Contacam to view mine on my PC and set the detection sensitivity to 5, it helps a bit, you may be able to find a third party software that might be better ,Contacam is free

@@KanoDaHalfBreed Absolutely, this is not my thirst and not one camera, two of them doesn't recoding on card. I start to pay for cloud.

Try formatting the card with FAT32 settings

@@rickylavina1545 Hey. I opted for a replacement on Amazon and asked them to send me a new version and the new ones have the motion track option. Apparently some sellers sell the old version.

Why my record stop every 5 minutes,it doesn't record continuously
It records only when it detects motion
I hope this will be answered I bought my v380 months ago and now the motion detector is not found in the app anymore🥲 i hope this will be answered already tried resetting the camera and the output is still the same. Only the inversion is found in the setting😢
