You watch enough of these videos and you realize our justice system is pretty crazy. The whole concept of innocent until proven guilty and I’d rather see three guilty men walk free than one innocent man go to jail is inherently dangerous. But that’s the price we pay for the freedoms we have.

It should never be up to them, crime, injured party, perpetrator, arrest, trial, jail and let the inmates sort him out. After he was found with a child in the backseat in critical condition from his abuse he should have been deemed a menace to society and should have NEVER been let out after that. Every death there after is on all who allowed this monster to walk.

For 24 years, I lived a mile away from the Bridgewater State Correctional Facility, and it's one of the only areas that legitimately scared me in my town. The streets around the facility are completely abandoned and houses are left rotting (such as abandoned neighborhoods on Cook St., where one of my childhood crushes lived). One year, Halloween was completely cancelled because inmates escaped that very day, and one was captured a day or two after, soon after we saw him from our window walking down our street in the open. I've heard so many horror stories about that facility including recent complaints about torture methods used against inmates, and even controversial medical experiments within the past decade.

Why is it that when it comes to sex predators, this is the common theme? These guys get let go over and over to repeat the cycle and create more victims over years. And uninterrupted sexual deviance almost always ends in violence or murder. How many times do we have to see these cases before we take a different approach to this type of behavior? Sexual deviance is indicative of a truly dark mind, and it needs to be taken much more seriously from the start, lest one becomes a monster

There was also a report prior, of a guy, driving by the schools, dressed like an officer, and in the white vehicle. They believed it was Nathaniel. If only he was charged and kept, this probably wouldve never happened. I think rather then throw the book at, they wanted to wash their hands of him. He was serving the church where he lived by, chili, spaghetti. The place where he once lived is now a vacant lot. Not to far from the school. RIP Zach.
