I've been there many times, although long ago. So it was nice to see Horseshoe again, still hoping to get back there myself. To be honest, I thought you gave Meditation Lake short shrift. We always traveled it by paddle canoe and it is serene and tense at the same time. I will always remember paddling for my life to get to the portage while Immigrant Song (Led Zeppelin) was playing.
It was funny you thought you were going to take some slack about the motor, moments after you mentioned "fixing" the scratches.
Anyway, thanks for recording and posting this. Glad you got to go to this magic place, even though you didn't stay long enough or do it proper justice.
By the way, the first portage into Meditation is not a cakewalk.
