Your table saw method is hazardous at best; straight up finger-cide more accurately. Take a minute to say goodbye to your digits so you won’t have to waste time doing it when the event happens. After all, losing fingers is no reason to bleed to death. Good luck, Stumpy.

here for part 2...wow, you really need a push stick on that table saw...even a scrap piece of wood is better than losing a finger or two...also, much less painful.

Holy shit bro I now realised that you need to be carpenter first to work in car audio bussiness.

Looks great! Wouldn't it save a ton of weight by using birch ply?

I agree it would save at least 10-15kg but the customer was not fussed about weight. We generally cant get our hands on birch very easy so it just ends up being AA grade ply sheets

Hi, curious, don’t those high output big dawgs perform better in a vented enclosure?

It depends on what you are after out of them. Adding a port will raise the group delay significantly and this being a Sound quality focused car, we wanted the best response the sub could give us so sealed it was 🙂

Thanks mate 🙂 yeah Helix is definitely becoming a well known brand now, I've been using it for almost 8 years now and it's still in my opinion the best electronics out there. When you find some free ones, count me in hahaha 🤪

What everyone really wants to know is…what, if any, is your go-to flavor of Hot Pocket?

No we didn't, the system is surprisingly efficient for the equipment that's in there so it wasn't 100% necessary 🙂
