Mahalunge has grown to become a key housing destination in West Pune with several ready-to-move and under-construction properties. As per 99acres, over 55 percent of the housing stock is currently under construction, and about 97 percent of the total inventory is dominated by apartments. Within these projects, units configured as 2 BHK make up about 50 percent share, while 1 BHK and 3 BHK units comprise the remaining portion.
While Mahalunge offers several options to homebuyers, it also caters to the tenant community. It has positioned itself as a rental hub, courtesy of proximity to several IT hubs of Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad and Balewadi, located within 10 km away.
