    Hello, I am from Mumbai, I use to work in Accenture in Hinjiwadi 10 years before. I want to purchase a property but I am confused between Life Republic by Kolte & Patel and Godrej Hillside 3. The project by Kolte & Patil has a bigger area and less price wereas the opposite is true for Godrej werein the area is small and price is high

    The road construction for river bridge is going on since ages. Why it is still not complete? Do not buy based on some assumption.
    Also the road from this township to highway goes from Mhalunge gaon which is very narrow. If you go via Maan and Hinjewadi it is overcrowded.

    Pune concrete ka jungle Banta ja Raha hai.Green patches and trees jagah jagah hona chahiye.Bina govt ke intervention ke Aisa hona possible nahi fir bhi govt Dhyan nahi de Rahi hai

      My clients are satisfied they are taking 45k rental for 3bhk that's it if they have any issues we are always ready to help them.
      So they don't have any issues with godrej and they bought 2 more apartments in godrej Hillretreat also.

    Highest selling and highest making as well.. please sales figures of last 6 months.. don’t trust half knowledge guys.. They have increased prices to match any developed area like Wakad, all they do is tell you future promises, no current infrastructure available. 2 BHK costs more than 80 lakh+ in remote concrete jungle oh Mahalunge. Think twice before you fall for marketing traps.

    I went for enquiry on this site ,I like 1 bhk so I request to hold it for two days for it I gave 50 thousands each for 2 units, but unfortunately I was not able to manage amount so I request them for cancellations ,they not agree for it and not gave my 1 lakh amount refund, I request again and again but no use , it's very bad and untrusted matter
