I have completed assembling of the gripper... however, this round horn that is shown in the video did not come with the servo (MG996R) I ordered.... Instead a round horn with a different dimension arrived. where can I find this horn as per the size and specification that can fit the model ? Most of the horns available online from 3rd parties do not use self tapping screws. Please let me know, where can I find the desired horn as shown in the video.
Hi there. The round horn is the standard that comes with most servos. You can use different screws to fasten it to the input gear. I used 4Gx9mm self tapping screws because they are stronger than the default screws that come with the servo. But you can use any size you like, as long as the horn is fixed to the input gear.
Hi. Is there any way to make this mechanical? I don't want to use any sort of automation actually. Anything will work but completely mechanical. If yes do let me know plis :)
Hi friend. The Green fingers are made of TPU 90 Shore A. The 4mm coating on one side of the fingers is silicone blue rubber 20 Shore A. The rest of the parts a rigid PLA.
Hi there, this is a widely available dc motor that you can buy anywhere ( Amazon, Ali express, local electronics store, etc). Look for n20 micro gear motor 298:1 22.5-90rpm (3 to 12 volts). Check out the blueprints of a typical motor www.pololu.com/file/0J949/micro-metal-gearmotor-dimensions.pdf
Hi friend. This link will show you how to load a code into a board using Arduino IDE: support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/4733418441116-Upload-a-sketch-in-Arduino-IDE
Excellent work. I'm printing one as we speak. Thanks a bunch.
Thanks mate, you just did our TIPE
Mddrrrrrrrr

Similar can you design the bird claws
That's an interesting idea. I might try it in a future project.

Could please mention the exact material specification?

where can I purchase the n20 gear motor and what is the dimension of the same ?

What types of motor you are using?
Hi there friend, the motor I ended up using was the Micro N20 Geared Motor 298:1 25-100RPM
which material is used for 3d printing?
The soft green part is TPU coated with silicone rubber (dark blue). The rest of the mechanism is PLA (light blue)
Can this gripper take a square object?
Yes. It also depends on the weight, but yes
how can i get this product?

teach me to load the code, Please
