We have reached the final moment of this month, of course in a few hours we will welcome the last villain of the month, but for the moment let's focus on this. Meanwhile I want to congratulate Masquerade Den on his birthday (which is on the same day as me XD). Also due to the great milestone he recently achieved with his 1K subs, I invite anyone who hasn't done so yet to subscribe to his channel! Coming to talk about Slade: he is certainly the version of Deathstroke that I prefer, mainly for his manipulative aspect and his strong intelligence. This video concludes this year's Marvel and DC videos. As you have seen, an all-Anime end of the year awaits us!

This Is really An Amazing Job! I really really adore this version of Slade, because for me this is the version that for me is really ready to achieve any goal and not ready to accept defeat and he is the one who was a comshar for Robin. The song suits him perfectly and I'm glad you used a lot of his lines. Thank you very much for this wonderful gift, I am very glad that you made this wonderful video!

Oh wonderful AMV! This version of Deathstroke is my favorite villain of all time! He’s so ruthless in a calm and thoughtful manner.
I love slade from the original teen titans he was so calculating and ruthless and whenever I saw him and robin fight I always rooted for slade and that one episode when robin was hallucinating and seeing slade when he wasn’t there and slade was just kicking his ass non stop was so awesome, I hope they renew this show for a sixth season, bring back the original series

I still can't believe we never saw his face in the show! I think that makes him a lot more creepier! (Also the beginning line "next time my plans will succeed and the Titans will pay" one of my favorite slade moments awesome start to the tribute!)

Awesome tribute to my favorite childhood villain and I’m happy you pick my favorite music for him it fits Slade perfectly
Very nicely done! I really think you showed Slade's mystique perfectly, in how he's always seemingly one step ahead of his opponents, and always knows how to get in their heads. I really liked the creative imagery as well, with a lot of clips seamlessly blending into one another. You did well, I'm sure Masquerade is proud!

Very great work with Slade especially with the use and timing of the audio quotes.
(Def would recommend using Filmora in the future if you plan on using them more often.)
Song here reminds me of my old Soundwave vid but it really fits Slade more especially lines like “poison in our blood” as you show Slade poisoning the Titans blood for blackmail. Or “is it all an illusion.” With the episode where Robin sees an illusion of Slade. Very perfect visuals there Arkham!

And when the lyrics said “We're standing face to face” it shows Robin and Slade doing there stand off before they battle.
Is it just me or do older DC and Marvel shows have better designed and potrayed villains than more modern shows
Nope it's reality.
The Trigon arc made such a impression on me as a little kid I came back to the series as a adult just to see it again.
Last time I even watched modern DC was the Hush and Long Halloween adaptations a few years back.
This version of Slade Wilson here perhaps is a former member of the League of Assassins, excommunicated by Ra's al Ghul for his extremism, and wanted to start his own shadow organization with an apprentice or a potential heir by his side. That's my theory at least.
I believe that is his origin. Which leads to him being recruted as a commander by HIVE

As cool as Slade was, probably the most confusing thing about him was what on earth his motivation actually was.

I haven't watched this show in a long while but so many of his schemes never involved messing with the city directly.
Some people claim that not knowing what his true motives were is what made him interesting.
And remember people, THIS WAS KIDS SHOW. Think about that. 😏

This was an Incredible Masterpiece for My All Time Favorite Version of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke and My All Time Favorite Antagonist’s in The 2003 Teen Titans Animated Television Series. Ron Perlman did a Legendary Performance Making Slade one of The Best Animated Villains of All Time. Hey Arkham Asylum could you please make tributes for Trigon and Brother Blood from The 2003 Teen Titans T.V. Series?
Even to this day I still love Slade as a villain. In my opinion he is a perfect foil to Robin more than he is to Batman. The way he taunted him in every encounter they had was so incredible. Both Brother Blood and Trigon are big deals but they don't hold a candle compared to Slade. He easily steals the show. He pulled every string and hurt the Titans physically (Robin) mentally (Raven and Terra) and emotionally (Beast Boy and Terra)
No other villain throughout this series is worthy of being the archenemy of the Teen Titans. Everybody else come second place.

Ron Perlman's voice as Slade/Deathstroke was so badass and chilling. I remmember growing up as a kid in the early 2000s and watching the old Teen Titans animated series. I loved every second of Slade on screen. Everything he said and done was just so cool. It was this series that first introduced me to the character of Deathstroke and since then all I ever called him was Slade. I had no idea that his comic book name was “Deathstroke.” I mean both names sound cool but to me he will always be Slade. ☠️
I know he's supposed to be a Teen Titans villain, but I prefer watching him face off Batman, don't mind me

This is probably my favorite version of Deathstroke. Mostly cause I watched this show in childhood and am not a big fan of Deathstroke.

My personal favorite early 2000s villain from this incarnation of Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke... Great voice talent of the legendary Ron perlman just adds more status to this character than what's already given to him...
Looking forward to next year's roster of villain tributes for 2024 maybe in my own opinion like Imhotep from the mummy and mummy returns and to add more flair to it maybe even the the 3 video games he was in and the animated series just cause it's basically the same character... Although for October this year scorpion tribute studio did a tribute for said character pretty good check it out...
Idk maybe catra from shera princesses of power (2018) or Maple white from (2002) of the animated series of sir Arthur Conan Doyles the Lost world of which next year in 2025 will be marking the 100th anniversary for the 1925 movie... Maybe major chip hazard from small soldiers... Or even Colonel Miles Quartich from Avatar and Avatar 2 way of water...

He is more terrifying when you remember that before he was brought back by Trigon he was just a human. Yes most continuties have him have a small regeneration factor, as in he just heals faster but can't regrow a limb or organ, but other then that he is a normal human who, like Batman, is the peak of his physical capabilities, a master of combat.
