- As I've been in the blue collar trade my entire career and surrounded by like minded people, I decided to give my 2 cents on what I think about it all and I hope this sparks a lot of debate in the comments. I really hope some of you disagree with me and make sure to let me know how and why.
It's a short video so give it a watch and let's argue about it.
The last point I think is the most important, or the most over looked aspect. Some call it "Customer Care" other "Managing Relationships". It can have varying degrees of importance depending on the craft. I try to do everything by the saying "You are the company you keep". In this sense, that would mean I don't start business with people I don't want to do business with in a long form. I think screening a relationship is important. It's tough. Love what you're laying down dude!
Couldn't agree more. Well said my guy. I feel like it's getting harder and harder to find the professional guys nowadays but they are still out there!
