A lot of Mirror's Edge glitches in one video! Yay!

- Just a bunch of random glitches I found and never uploaded. Most of them are pretty tough. There are a lot of easier glitches on UA-cam if you're looking to replicate some. I'm not sure if any of these were found before I uploaded this video. but I don't think so. These are some Ovendonkey Originals™

The ending part isn't a glitch but a lot of people don't seem to know about it lol

Gaween Totawattage THAT'S why the story said that before the game's events, Faith got injured. She was noclipping and she accidentally turned noclip off and fell

It said she fell so she probably fell to a killpoint (i think thats what they are called, if its not, just where you fall and get plopped back in the game.)

Kyle Hanvey it's the beverage lift. The cops actually enter, but if you press the button and enter the elevator shaft they won't see you. Not doing that makes them shoot you. Most people probably don't notice that

BossBucket You're right...that series...it has lots of things that were new at their times, and slightly unrelated but the Source engine still looks impressive nowadays to me and...seeing Half-Life will make you want to open Hammer and make something.

When you're wallclimbing you can do a side jump by holding left or right and jumping. After that if you spam jump a lot you can get another jump off the wall, which is what I did to get onto the second vent thing

If you use the glitch at the start of jackknife, whenever you jump of the flag pole on to the aircon you can see two people running along the scaffolding. No joke, it's really creepy!
Which direction do I look?
+rough bread Over where the scaffolding is, so where the helicopter flyes and the way out of the alley way. As soon as you get up there look. I think it activated as soon as you jump on the air con, so even if you fall down it should still work.

awesome vid :D the one where you gradually rolled down the side of a vent and ended up on the street was the best. i got a glitch where she jumped and then got stuck on a wall and was floating there. it was fun at first, for about 5 seconds, then i realized she couldnt move an inch..had to restart the chapter lol
Did you know in the very first chapter (excluding training), where you were supposed to climb the ladder, just do what you do, but stay on the building rather than jump onto the side vent. Quickly run back where you came from when you were escaping, find the ledge platform and the construction platform on the wall that is not possible to climb, run on the wall, get on the top of the construction platform, climb the wall, jump and climb diagonally, and look what is going to happen to the door.
@IVRohan You basically just hold both analog sticks to the left or right during a wallclimb and press jump. Then keep pressing jump and you'll do a wallrun from it
I wish i could remember all these because they're awesome! Great video! I want to know how to get on the streets :(.
On the level jacknife, checkpoint b, if you stand on the close edge of the red platform, when it falls, you land almost right where you need to be. The cops can still fire at you a lot though. By the way, "where you need to be" is the gate control.

If you hide in the back left corner of the elevator at the end, the SWAT team looks at you and doesn't do anything... then the guy yells, and the doors close.
For the glitch at 5:45 i found it a lot easier to sidestep to the left and just turn jump and speedvault up to the roof on the opposite side, instead of jumping onto the fan. Glitch at 8:05 seems impossible to me. Even at full speed I cannot get as high up to grab the railing. Great video!
That glitch is really hard. You have to stand on the edge like i did, do a side jump boost, then jump on that pipe thing and jump off again. If you aimed right and you're going full speed, hopefully you'll wallclimb up to the edge of the other building

It can still be done though. At 0:58 go right and wallrun up to grab the ledge on the right side of the platform. Then coiljump (right) up to the ledge and jump up and grab the top ledge. Then coiljump up (left) next to the wall. Now you can crouch past it.

While doing a wallclimb, hold both analog sticks to the left or right and jump (if you use a controller). You'll jump sideways out of the climb. It's possible to do a wallrun after this, and turn and jump again after that.
It takes some practice

It's great how places that should not be seen by any user has still objects and bounding boxes.
Oh... Shit. Lol, you're so sick at Mirrors Edge it's unreal. I can almost do the glitch at the beginning of the prologue but can't get a big enough jump off the barrier. :(
The ending scared the hell outta me.
The first one happened to me when I was messing around with the 3rd person game files edit. It was weird. I eventually just had to fail it to reset it.
sometimes elevators glitch out and lets you jump, kick, and just do things that are not usually allowed in elevators.
Hey! I think I've found a glitch.. =)
On chapter 5 (New Eden Mall), you run into an elevator when you're chasing Celeste, and then you have to jump out when the glass is crushed. You run a little bit, jump, and then Merc sais: "Climb up towards the upper levels." But if you go down all the way down by the stairs and back to the door to load the checkpoint, you'll find Celeste again running away from you. Sometimes she isn't there (then you've done wrong) and sometimes she just stands there. =)
The moves to get up there are:
Wallclimb -> Sidestep -> Wallrun-Jump -> Wallclimb.
The keys are [Jump] -> [Right]+[Jump] -> [Jump].
Make sure you're slightly facing the wall after the sidestep or else Faith might not continue into a wallrun. I usually look slightly to the left before doing the sidestep to make it easier.
Not sure if you found this one before, but, I found some sort of glitch where it let me through a white door and dropped down on to basically an invisible floor or barely visible windows, basically a building with no interior. Lol
lol the low detail people on this are actually better than the ones on catalyst
Finally figured out how to get up at 8:05. Seems like it's easy when not activating slowmo.
Also found a different way up the atrium at 8:54, using the fence on the left to do a wallclimb. This way is alot more forgiving, so you don't die if you mess up. =)

the glitch isn't the fact that he got damaged, it's the fact that celeste didn't move, even though she's supposed to

This video is 6 and a half years old, not even two years after the game was released.
faith keeps noclipping through one of the bars over here and im getting mad
@gust0378 The only others I can think of are Condemned 1 and 2. Maybe FEAR 1 and 2 also, I don't remember. You also might be able to see your legs in Postal 2, but I haven't played that game in years so I dunno.

Just think, in one and a half months, most of the places he glitched to will be playable space in game.

@DXAnimeRockzXD While you're wallclimbing, you can do a sidejump out of it by holding both analog sticks to the left or right and pressing the jump button. If you press jump again after that you'll start a wallrun, then you can turn, jump, and start another wallclimb. Then you can just repeat the process.
This is a really hard place to do it though, so I suggest practicing it in chapter 3 where I recorded another place this trick can be used.

pretty much where the producers didnt want you too go, like when you fall off a cliff in halo, and die in mid fall, thats the death barrier
@irou95 There's not much of a point in doing that. Cars don't have collision detection. But I've done it in a lot of other glitch videos if you really want to see.
I found a glitch when you use the zipline on the training area. When I let go I turned around and landed, but I didn't die. It still said that I should try to land on the soft object below. I killed myself, then when I was doing combat with Celeste, no voice could be heard.
you are the best player I've ever seen I wish I had your talent the roll after a high fall doesn't look as realistic as mirrors edge 1 in mirrors edge 2 it looks weird

i THINK i found a new prologue glitch. im just not good enough to do it :P okay right after the beam you wallrun the gap and just before you do the wallboost theres a building very close to your left... can you try to get there sometime? i tried but i cant get it

ultimate free runner, breaks the game
@DGTLXSNIPEZz For the springboard you just have to run at that thing at the right angle and press jump at the right time. It isn't really that hard to do, hopefully you can get it in a few tries. For the next part just wallrun up the wall, hold both analog sticks to the side and jump (just side jump on pc) and keep pressing jump and hopefully you'll get up like I did. Go at full speed too.

Yeah I can do that, I like playing custom maps. I don't think OME is up anymore. Do you have any of the maps that were uploaded there? There were a lot only uploaded on that site and they're impossible to get now.
