Dear Sri Sriram, when in Bombay in late seventies or earli eighties, I had the opportunity to hear u accompanying Sri MD Ramanathan as the Violinist arranged could not participate n u filled the gap very competently encouraged by the great musician. U are budding then n we wished u then.

Absolutely not sir. By this 90percent people do not know Gandhara or Panchamam but we can really enjoy the music. By your ability we cannot listen Hindustani itself. Pl listen to Uyghur folk songs from china many of our ragas are there MUSIC HAS NO BOUNDRIES Carnatic music and BHATHI are inseparable. Unlike other music. Thiruvedagam had its own system. If we want to know in detail then only means we can never do so many thing Pl do not probagate wrong ideas. You are a great musician no doubt but
