That the technology is so open spam calls can exist shows how vulnerable the system is. It should be possible to ping back all calls so that if the call is not coming from a real number, at a real internet address, then the call just dies. Hard to believe that these people make millions of calls a week and are not known by the phone companies -- don't they have to pay something for a connection just like I do?
