You can duplicate the dragon egg (legit) using the end portal, you can duplicate any block with gravity (Gravel, Concrete Powder, etc.)

Will Exists Hey, you only need one or two lamps for decoration. From the sound of things you’d need to smelt or craft multiple Ruins blocks to make just one.
