- Can I Achieve a 3 Strand Twist Out on My Damaged Hair?
Ever since my hair texture changed due to my low iron levels all of my styles didn't look the same.. it was a little frustrating at first but it just reminded me of when I was transitioning out my heat damage. It is possible.. just takes a few tweaks here and there. For example, if your twists are unraveling at your ends you can grab a perm rod! Wrap your ends around it and ta da! Curled secured ends!

i wishhh the shrinkage is so real everytime i try this my hair shrinks up to my ear and my hair is past my shoulders
You should try banding the roots or if you're not scared of a little heat blow dry the roots while still twisted once they're dry. Kinda like the tension method I pull the twist once dry keeping the root straight then just blow dry that without undoing the twist. I do this on low heat or the cool setting then when whole head is done the twists are all from my ear to my neck
You have to keep pulling it to stretch it and make it looser.
Looks fabulous! I will practice 3 strand twist which will help me achieve more definition.
Looks so good. Still haven't attempted a 3 strand twist out cause it seems like alot but you made it look easy. An I used to love dunkaroos so that makes me want to get that product.
I did this with my oldest. I am so happy that I did because they seem to stay more than the two strand.

Lol saaaame I've been taking iron too but found out I wasn't absorbing it so now I'm trying ritual vitamins with iron to see if that works. Cuz the front of my hair looks heat damaged when i dont even use heat smh
@@latricenelson7852 maybe try the ritual vitamin if you hate the little iron ones so far no naseaua and they're mint flavored
